It's a great product which is fully supported 24x7 both by email and speaking with a live support.

The installation time take the lead as it is pretty straightforward and less complicated when compared to other softwares  have used.

I've recovered several customer files that were inadvertently deleted with very little trouble.

It was easy to setup for office 365 and easy to recover items in 365. It was easy to locate and restore files in server backups.

The load of functions can be overwhelming, especially with all of the cryptic abbreviations. Honestly though, this is not a real con, but rather my own problem.

Backing up my work is very easy to do. The software is especially good with office 365.

Ultimately, I've been very happy. The pricing is right and the backups have been effective.

I like the fact that it integrates very easy with a vmware virtual enviroment. Before Unitrends we had other backup solution but it did not give us the flexibility that we needed.

Managing my backups is super easy. From backing up new assets to doing a recovery it is very simple.

The main issue I can think of for the software is that the errors are not always informative. You have to contact support because the errors are sometimes ambiguous.

The implementation is very easy, the solution work out of the box without problem. To schedule a backup is very easy and you can do it with a couple of click, and also the restoration.

The only bad part really is the cost. Priced out of reach for a lot of the SMB market.

The company and it service is their one. Responsive and effortless.

It can struggle with large(7+TB) data sets, but then what doesn't.
