What impressed me most (and continues to impress me) is the way Aquilon integrates with an operation.

There are very few things to dislike regarding the product.

There are a few windows that not resize-able. They tend to cut off information depending on what monitor they are on and can be difficult to close out of or see data on.

It is a good ERP system with many functions, value for money, easy to use and implement.

Ease of use and intuitive - an elegant solution to most problems. Vendor is very helpful and has very knowledgable staff.

I am a happy Sales Manager in part because of  Aquilon ERP.

We have been very happy with this product and would happily recommend.

When we made our choice we knew exactly what to expect. If you don't spend the time up front to figure out your requirements you will probably make the same costly error as we did.

The main problem is that once invoice is posted, then we can't make changes in it. Even there are some features that i don't know how to use.

It has definitely convinced us that it is a great tool for our business. Amazing ERP software that we will use for a long time.

The amount of detail in every module - how easy it is to setup - absolutely love the export to Excel. Love the full integration Vendor is very easy to deal with- listens and answers any questions.

The leadership of Aquilon was involved in the sale, which also was a major selling point. Just great personal service and support.

Most responses come within an hour or two, and at most 24 hours. The Aquilon team is helpful and quick to resolve any questions or problems that we have.

What we like the most about Aquilon is that it pretty much does it all (accounting, invoicing, inventory, CMR, purchasing, manufacturing module and analysis).

Outstanding and responsive customer support. Customization requests are well responded to and implemented in a timely manner.

Inability to build new modules on the fly. Each new request has to be requested.

It also helps the better work flow and communication among the departments.

Customer service is excellent. The Aquilon team is responsive and supportive.

Period based system did not work well for our company.

The software is comprehensive and has an amazing set of features for the price we paid.

In a word excellent does everything it claims and better.

We started using Aquilon about 6 months ago and we have still not utilized all its features (partly due to a lack of time).

Also sue to bar coded serial numbers on our battery containers being scanned I can track where any of our battery containers have come from in the event of a problem.

Having to use another app (Elastic Route) can be a bit painful, and creates some challenges when orders change.

Currently haven't found anything that i dislike about this software.

I needed to integrate it with an existing process and needed a few unusual features, like the ability to import a list of notification emails per delivery site.

Best of all, the customer support is top-notch. Every time I have issues, they reply extremely fast AND more importantly, with a solution.

Unable to preview driver past route once driver offline.

Detrack team members are easy to communicate with. The system is easy to use and easy to track delivery status.

Any issues I've put across are all marvelously and swiftly resolved. This helps my company in being able to have a competitive edge in the market.

Was an easier platform to use than others and the cost and time savings that Detrack has created outweighs and cost of the system itself.

Easy to set up and use for both the route planner and the delivery drivers. All the functions work perfectly and seamlessly.

The versatility as well as the functionality. This could be used for any number of businesses that wanted to track vehicles and service work on the road while it's mainly focused on couriers.

The ability to upload routes and data from spreadsheet is excellent and (while we haven't used it), using an API to build in with other systems is very helpful also.

Clever, agile, easy to use. It makes us look ahead of our game, keeps tight despatch control, with POD's at our fingertips at all times.

GPS history on vehicles is missing. Group deliveries and organizing with which comes first and second and etc. is missing.

Backend dashboard in settings can be a little difficult to understand.

Integrating into our WMS was also a fairly painless exercise by our external IT support team.
