OVERALL - Great dropshipping tools

PROS

We have found SBSA to be a great drop shipping tool. One of the standout features is their powerful, yet easy-to-use tool for managing dropship orders. With just a click of a button, a purchase order is generated and the information is sent seamlessly. We have been impressed with the efficiency and accuracy of this tool. We have not encountered any cons with the software at this point. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable drop shipping tool.

We were a starting company and we were looking for a less expensive EDI provider with a high-end capabilities. After almost a month of research, we bumped into SBSA Technology. It took a little time to gain our trust with them because of their warm and knowledgeable approach during the demo. Everybody on their team was involved and took their roles seriously. We were quite pleased that they could offer a solution that satisfied our needs and was acceptable to both our clients and trading partners. What's really fascinating about SBSA Technology is that they have the capability to adjust to the constant change of the supply chain without having to worry about staying in compliance with rules and regulations. It is a fact that by cutting labor expenditures and switching to less expensive monthly fees, we were able to save money. Everything is seamless, with better communication and less human error with SBSA. This helped us maintain the trust and relationship with our partners.

Best tools for integration and order management

I am an accountant and manage the bookkeeping and statement preparation for a few companies. This is amazing software that I have been using for my clients. This software has saved huge time and money of my accountancy firm. It helps me with AR with retailers, bill processing for dropship vendors. I'm currently using the QuickBooks Online, but I've heart they have a desktop version as well. Invoice process accurately without human intervention. I did not find any duplicate invoice or customer. It enters all the necessary filed of an invoice and customer properly

PROS

As a business that regularly sends orders across the nation and occasionally abroad. For every shipment we handle, we use a special set of numbers or the SSCC. This allows us to quickly determine the contents of each package. We are now able to generate the SSCC automatically and are certain that every shipment contains the right information. We are able to track down the shipments in real time, This gave us an advantage as we can now provide even more accurate and timely information to our trading partners.

Very efficient, flexible and easy to use

PROS

I have been very impressed with SBSA Technology EDI software that my customer opted to use. I was told they started using SBSA Technology not too long ago. As a bookkeeper for quite some time now I've encountered numerous alike services but nothing is impressive as SBSA. I’m able to see how my customer accounts receivable is accurate to the point. All of the invoices have been processed correctly with the retailers like Walmart, Amazon, Costco, BJs, etc. It reduces my time to file claims and reflect the payments. Additionally, their monitoring and reporting capabilities and tools are well designed, you'll be able to access and have a view of the invoices or data being transferred in real time. I could save up some time as I don't have to re-enter information on repeat. It's very efficient, flexible and very easy to use.

CONS

None. So far I have not heard any complaints from my clients about the software. It is working as its intended.

Great sales order management and customer support

Our experience with SBSA has been very positive. The software is very user-friendly and efficient. Their customer support is top-notch and always willing to assist. We are particularly impressed with the sales order management feature which has helped us save a lot of time and money.

First EDI for our company

PROS

As we were searching for the best EDI solution that qualifies what we are looking. We came across SBSA Technology which at that time, for us, it's a "too good to be true" impression. Part of the demo was where they showed us the system that compiles all of the sales orders onto a single, easy-to-use screen. It automatically replies to your partners with order acknowledgments, tracking data, invoices, and any other essential papers. At present, we have no problem with SBSA Technology EDI at all. It lives up to its expectation.

We are satisfied with their service. We have nothing to complain.

Great service, Great team

Excellent.

PROS

Honestly, how little I had to worry about. From the very first call they took care of everything, followed up with our clients, solved issues that arose and were available to me whenever I had a question. It's exactly what I had hoped for in EDI integrations.

CONS

No issues at all so far. Anything that has come up has been addressed and resolved in a professional manner.

Reasons for switching to SBSA

No support, complicated interface and didn't see them as a great person for growth.

Super for Data Mangement

Since we started using SBSA over a year ago, our business has expanded and we have been sending a lot of data, including invoices, shipping paperwork, and other types of documents. We were in awe at how easily SBSA was able to adjust to that and make the necessary improvements. We made the right decision of choosing SBSA Technology.
