Top tier product data management software!! 11/10

Blue Meteor software packages(Bridge and Amaze) that we use at NTN have been excellent for managing our Ecommerce data. Very intuitive to import and publish our data. Simple for us to manage digital image assets as well as report image metrics. Easy access for distributor end users to connect to live data via API. The Blue Meteor support team has been extremely fast to respond to questions or concerns. They have always found availability with virtual meetings for additional training or troubleshooting problems. I feel very fortunate as a product data manager to have access to the great products and support persons at Blue Meteor. I would highly recommend Blue Meteor to any organization that is looking to manage its product data better.

Ease of use Intuitive importing, exporting, UI Data structure and image assets are easy to manage API end points simple to setup and distribute

I have not run into any negative features to date

Gold Standard Service

We needed one single source of truth for all of the item data we have. Before investing in the Amaze platform, all of our data was store on our server in multiple spreadsheets. There was no organization and no way to quickly find the information when needed. They provided very in depth training during implementation. After implementation, they continued to guide us through our learning curve.

PROS

Amaze PXM is very easy to use. It is a very intuitive system and easy to navigate. The thing I like most about this software is they I can store item data, digital assets, and marketing collateral all in one place.

CONS

There is nothing I dislike about this software. It does a great job of meeting all of my companies needs.

Data Bridge

PROS

Specifically using the data bridge for translation and manipulation for large data sets to match our destination platform requirements or formats. Bridge allows you to create sophisticated (or basic) rules on how you want to translate massive amounts of data. From enriching data points by creating data rulesets or standardizing data points to match a specific desired format, bridge's mapping tool is quick and easy to use. Only initial configuration of channels is why I substracted 1 star.

CONS

Configuring the initial channels required Amaze team support (for our specific use case). Granted this was a more abstract and customer tailored use case, They were super helpful and responsive.

Amaze is easy to use and covers a wide veriety of functionalities which other companies in this domain are not offering. Its a relatively new company but definitely a future forerunner.

CONS

Better integration with Amaze PXM and Syndication module Bridge which the company is working on as per their last communication.
