Customized platform, exceptional support

It's been a wonderful experience, I feel like we are partners growing together.

PROS

Being able to customize reports to save data entry time is the biggest plus for me. Personal support with a company that wants feedback to continually improve is unheard of.

CONS

The price is much more than other services, but there seems to be no limit to the improvements and changes that are constantly making this service stand out from the rest.

Reasons for switching to Freshline

Great offer to do a trial and noticed the willingness to help with my issues.

Vendor Response

Thank you for your review Patrick! It has been a pleasure working with you so far. We're looking forward to building further & faster together.

A Must Have for Selling Food Online

PROS

We spent years trying to solve the catch-weight problem in seafood before finally finding Freshline's software as our solution. Bar-none it was the best thing for our business at the time.

CONS

The team is still starting up and is small so they're very hands on for fixing any issues that come up.

Reason for choosing Freshline

Freshline has a number of features made for warehouse-based businesses, where these other platforms didn't have the specialization we needed.

Many Pro's & One Con

PROS

The transparency with clients to pick their own delivery date, based on the rules we set within products.

CONS

Only one shipping method. Ideal if they could choose between ground or express, rules would be in place for the perishable items that would limit shipping methods to express when they are in the basket.

Vendor Response

Thank you so much for your review of Freshline! Thank you for your feedback as well, we'll get to work seeing where multiple shipping options could fit into our roadmap.
