Their sales pitch was amazing, but that's about it. Cons: I was a customer of Lead Commerce for over three years. We have all the overpaid receipts to prove it. They will try and get this review taken down, but I am a legitimate customer with many months of legitimate gripes they have not addressed. I don't think they are a technology company, they are a sales company who promises high tech but barely delivers. I definitely do NOT recommend this company. They are over priced and their technology is perpetually glitchy. Over the past couple months we have nothing but technical glitches, broken promises from sales reps, and full on power outages where the software simply did not work. The main guy in our shipping department has been continually frustrated with their software and service. Definitely would never recommend nor use them ever again. We have found Lead Commerce to be more difficult to use, have fewer features, and some glaring omissions (doesn't import that actual sales price from the online store, doesn't import the bill to address). The usual response is to move to the Enterprise version, which might be an option if we felt better about what we'd been sold and told we were buying. It is also very difficult to get through on the phone, and even more difficult to identify a senior management person who might be able to address our concerns.
