Fantastic price especially for the small business owner like myself, customer service is very responsive and quickly finds solution to my requests,  easy to use,  good functions and features.

The one downfall of Orderhive is its biggest plus - It's massive. There is no way you will learn it all in a week or even a month.

The automations are our other most liked feature. The ability to set rules based actions, create auto invoices, send emails when something happens, move orders around automatically is great.

Recent upgrade to Orderhive 2.0 was not implemented properly, with lack of customer notifications and interface manuals.

My phone and chats have been very pleasant and helpful. Everybody I have dealt with have been able to resolve my issues.

This software is not very intuitive. Tutorials are difficult to understand and the screenshots no longer look like the current software looks, so it's hard to follow.

If they can manage you - you will be fine. Orderhive is not perfect, but it is more perfect than anything else on the market.

When I finally left, they refused to refund me the 2800 USD, even though I had paid for a service I literally never got.

Integrations are fairly simple and support is very responsive.

Orderhive allows us to integrate almost everything with almost everything. Probably the best feature of Orderhive is the least tangible or measureable: the staff.

Its easy to understand and learn, price is great too. Even for people who are not into bookkeeping.

They have a clear refund policy - but usually these only apply when something/anything is actually delivered.

The inventory integration is awesome. I sell on Ebay & Etsy and it makes life so much easier and you can't beat the price.
