I have maximized the success of my online store
My overall experience with this eCommerce platform has been quite enriching and transformative for my online business. From the beginning, what stood out most was their focus on creating engaging and emotionally resonant shopping environments. This ability to deeply personalize my online store has allowed me to create a unique user experience, adapted not only to my brand, but also to the expectations and preferences of my customers.
PROSWhat I liked most about this platform is its focus on creating shopping environments that really connect with the customer's emotions. The customization capacity is exceptional, allowing me to adapt the store to the specific needs of my business and the expectations of my customers. Furthermore, being open source, it offers me great flexibility to develop additional functionalities.
CONSAlthough the platform itself is robust, configuring and optimizing all of its features to perfectly fit the specific needs of my business has been a longer and more complex process than expected. This can be a challenge, particularly for smaller businesses or those who are just starting out with eCommerce and don't have as much technical support on hand.

Shop management software built for speeds
ShopWare has been a great company to work with. The software is constantly improving.
PROSShopWare is super fast and easy to use. Switching to ShopWare is one of the best decisions that I've made in business
CONSThe data transfer from my old SMS (Mitchell) was a mess. I wouldn't have transferred data if I knew what it would cause so many problems.
Reason for choosing Shopware
The customer service and integration with AutoVitals were the main factors in my choice.
Reasons for switching to Shopware
Mitchell lost some functionality and was getting harder to use since parts are getting harder to find.

Good foundation for e-commerce business
Good tech approaches for providing a platform for e-commerce.
PROSModern, clean user interface for clients. Modern stack especially with Twig templating. Has lots of features for European market.
CONSHas lots of bugs and premium features are really expensive. Lots of mid-size companies struggle to afford this solution. For smaller projects it is too expensive. They focusing much on enterprise. But lots of customers have midsize projects.
Reason for choosing Shopware
Shopware has a strong api driven approach. This fits good to extend Shopware without having to maintain much plugins. We push data from various sources, with ease…
Reasons for switching to Shopware
Shopware was more easy to use for the clients, and was ready for European market.

The best available E-Commerce software also offers a free version!
I use two Shopware Community editions with two online shops since 2014 and 2015. One in German language and one in English. Both shops run fine for years with literally nearly no maintenance.
PROSWhat I really like is, how easy it is to configure and use the software. There is a free Community Edition available and with the graphical user interface in the backend, it's really comfortable to configure the system, add products and categories and handle all the necessary tasks. The backend is literally like an operating system with windows and everything! There are tons of plugins, paid and free, and also a lot of themes available to change and configure your shop the way you want it.
CONSI think there is nothing, except it really has a learning curve if you want to change the layout of your shop. But I think it's the same with all E-Commerce software.

Shop ware keeps me organized
Overall it has been a pleasant experience using Shopware. It allows me to do more with my time and keeps me organized
PROSI love shopware for building workorders for my customers. It allows me to write an estimate quickly and efficiently and gives me multiple ways to send it to my customers. It allows me to communicate with my customers without either of us having to be on the phone for long periods of time. My customers love having options to approve work
CONSI dont like some of the glitches between Shopware and Partstech that put strange descriptions in for parts. With the wrong description on a work order, it can look like they are being charged for the wrong item
Reason for choosing Shopware
I chose it because of the way it worked requiring less steps to complete a work order. As well as the ease of use for customers to view and approve work orders, while tracking their approval
Reasons for switching to Shopware
Protracter had a lot of issues. It went down during work hours way to often. It also had many more stepd to do pretty much everything. Not efficient
