io Sweep is a cloud-based reports management tool designed primarily to help users create and complete on-site safety reporting forms for accidents, incidents and other types of safety concerns. iOS and Android mobile apps are available. Users can create custom forms or download pre-built templates. Configurable settings allow users to set required and optional fields, as well as who should receive each report. Administrators are notified when completed reports are delivered.
