    Issues With Product, No Refund

Customer support was hard to get a hold of and issues were left unaddressed. We used PandaDoc for a year we had decided not to renew but missed the deadline, so the product auto-renewed. When we notified PandaDoc they said they would not provide a refund due to the terms of service. This after we documented and presented the issues we were experiencing. The request was made twice and both times it was denied. Bad customer service, and slow response times. I cannot reccomend the product based on our experiences

    Pros

On the surface it appears very easy to use however it is challenging to truly create print ready proposals, contracts and documents. Staff would invest considerable time attempting to add page breaks, and ensure formatting worked but then items would shift and the end product would present poorly.

    Cons

PandaDoc fails if you or your client ever intends to print the document. For us contracts, proposals, etc all need to be printed and when they come out with formatting mistakes it reflects poorly on us as a company. The customer support is also not easy to get a hold of and they denied our request for a refund when we shared the issues we were having which was disapointing.

It is really time saver software. With PandaDoc, we had to have the capability to prepare better proposals faster. It is like an e-commerce software. You send a proposal and wait for its online confirmation. It's great.

    Pros

I like most of its user interface design. You can easily create, send and track your proposals. You can get notifications when your proposal open and confirmed online.

    Cons

It is relatively expensive. You have to subscribe the more expensive subscription packages to benefit some other great features.

I originally purchased pandadoc to help streamline my doc sharing/signing process. Turns out that templates' and docs need to be structured a certain way for proper functionality, and so it's taken a lot of time to figure that out-- making the software not nearly as much of a bargain as it seems.

    Pros

Tracking capabilities, interchangeability from Doc to template.

    Cons

I didn't purchase the setup option as it seemed pricey, but without it, the software was annoying to work with (for template's with lots of fields).

Pandadoc is definitely one of the best document management tool for the workplace!

Smoother documentation by automating banal and taxing paperwork, as well as improving productivity and client relations.

    Pros

Firstly, it makes creating, sending and tracking sales documents much more easier. Now, people have been doing this for years everywhere without any other software than Microsoft suite, why does somoenone need a tool like Pandadoc? Every document you make or have made before can be used as a template, and the modularity feature of Pandadoc allows one to save pricing tables, visuals etc, and add them easily. With placeholders for vital details, one does not have to spend tedious hours copy/pasting when you have a shared search space for all your documents.
Secondly, you can track resources, assign people and manage roles in multiple work spaces and with features like auto-reminders and expiration dates, employees and clients increases productivity while saving precious time that is otherwise used for long emails or phone calls needed for follow ups.
Thirdly, a dashboard that chronologically displays every step in a certain project or documents lifetime allows users to be aware of what is happening all the time.
Furthermore, third party integrations such as Sales Force, Stripe etc allows automate many more things such as in-document process payments, and auto-populating product information and pricing.
Lastly, it is built on AES 256 making it very secure as Pandadoc deals with digital signatures, managers can lock important contracts so unauthorized modification is not possible and offers inisightful analytics such as what doc sections clients spent more time reading.

    Cons

The free trial is great to get a hang of the software, and there is good training available through webinars. I recommend the business package, taken on an annual basis.

    Pros

The ease of managing templates and structures within documents to build consistency across all out-going proposals or SOWs.

    Cons

There are many points for improvement, there should be functionalities to improve the layout (customization) with image sizes and other things to match the final document with the brand language.

    Pros

This is a simple way to send contracts or other documents and get signatures for your business. You can upload unlimited templates to speed up your workflow if you send the same type of document several times. It also integrates well with Hubspot.

    Cons

The customer service doesn't respond very well to my emails. The interface is a little clunky when it comes to formatting, and the pricing is more than we wanted to spend (that we were able to negotiate for one user).

Pandadoc streamlines the process of documents saving a lot of time, is not too expensive and has an excellent platform that provides security to the company and customers ... definitely Pandadoc is here to stay.

    Pros

Pandadoc saves a lot of time in the process of creating documents. It also eliminates the manual task of e-mailing a document for review and approval. Pandadoc is an incredible solution for organizations of any size. I like this product a lot because of how safe it is to use it; generating great confidence for us and for our customers. I'm happy with the quality of this product and how comfortable it is to sign documents ... no matter the size of the company, this product is ideal to streamline all types of business processes .... It adapts to all companies , it's reliable ... it's simply the best.

    Cons

I do not like that emails are sent from pandadoc, it would be better if they were generated from the company email ... there is a risk of spam, although we have never had that problem.

    Pros

These guys are responsive. There's alot of e-contracting software's out there. Many are larger corporations that you can't even speak to anyone on the phone about. PandaDoc is the complete opposite, they are smaller in sizer and incredibly receptive of feedback and offering solutions. They helped us build a zendesk integration which we use every day.

    Cons

We sometimes have downtime issues very early in the morning. By the time you write an email to support, its already fixed. But this is the only thing I could really think of and its not that often.

It helps me track who opens the document I sent and when it was opened.

    Pros

I love the email tracking of who opens the document and when it was opened. I also love the mobile app, it is user-friendly and very easy to use. When it comes to creating documents, PandaDoc makes it very easy to create and it has vast templates to use from.

    Cons

Sometimes, emails sent via PandaDoc are filtered as spam which is not healthy for business. When downloading a proposal in PDF format there are times when an entire block of content is missing which distorts the layout.

Without PandaDoc, I wouldn't have been able to create business proposals in such a short time.

    Pros

Their business proposal templates are quite impressive and the ability to easily create customized documents for clients is a great time saver. It's a must-have for any sized organization. Instead of spending hours typing up documents, the PandaDoc templates are ready to be just filled in like a form. The templates are well-thought out and address most fundamental issues.

    Cons

The templates have limited application when it comes to more advanced and complicated nature of client relationships and does not account for skews in client demands.

    - Time saving when working with well organized and curated templates - Great way to follow your document views and edits, as well as feedbacks

    Pros

    - it's great it has templates so you don't have to start from scratch
    - great way to organize your folder to keep your docs organized
    - nice dashboard, to have info that matters at glance
    - great way to follow all documents stages by a nice project timeline view

Pandadoc is a good product, it has great feature that will definitely make your manager life easy, if you are patient. To work on extended/complicated document it will require a lot of time to compose.

    Cons

    - it's hard to collaborate, for a doc that require a lot of hands at the same time I would better recommend to create a google doc and when done copy paste to Panda... Collaboration often remove changes or you have to refresh the page a lot losing your changes.
    - copy/paste not always work, sometimes the doc creator gets messy and it is hard to get the text just like how you see it on a doc.
    - lack of image tool, you have to crop or add simple image effects elsewhere
    - table management is awful, there is no easy way to edit a table. You have to create everything from scratch, there is no table copy/paste feature

Safety, customer lifecycle tracking, with signatures, payments, flexibility, scalability, support. I can't think of a feature I don't like. Hence the 5-star overall quality. When it comes to proposals, it's hard to ask for anything more. So yeah, not much more to say.

    Cons

If you don't pay for the onboarding, setting this up to run smoothly for your organization can definitely be a significant chore. However, they have done a great job providing clear documentation on how to do so. Managing the tokens is a very tedious, but rewarding process.

Easy of use for MSA's and proposals. Templates are great to use to ensure the team is using the same (most up-to-date) information when putting complex documents together.

    Pros

I love that you can create templates for a team. I also love that you can insert multiple types of content within the document. Great concept but some features are poorly executed. But overall I wish the solution was a bit more flexible.

    Cons

Can't resize images within the solution. You must use the blocked approach to building documents, meaning you can't mix media. If you want to put an image into a paragraph of text, you have to enter two different text boxes and insert the image in the middle of the two. When making a lot of edits, the document can become very hard to work in. I've lost information I've added in the past when updating a lot at once. Shouldn't be this way!!! Wish the system would show you page breaks once exported to PDF. It would be nice to know before you export and review to be able to insert page breaks into the document based on how the data looks. Highlighting and editing fonts are not good. When highlighting and un-highlighting the highlights will move to other text when trying to turn it off. Same will happen with fonts when changing size or style.
