PandaDoc is cloud-based document management software that helps users in creating proposals, quotes, human resources documents, contracts and more. The solution is mostly used by sales and marketing teams and company leadership.

PandaDoc allows users to choose from a variety of proposal templates, which are free to download and customize. It also provides options to change the language and currency used in documents depending on regional standards. With its collaboration feature, various teams can collaborate on a single document by commenting and in-activity logging. The built-in e-signature feature allows signers to approve and sign the documents from anywhere anytime.

PandaDoc analytics provides real-time statistics regarding who has viewed the proposal, how many times they saw proposal and how much time spent on the proposal. The dashboard provides an overview of proposal performance.

PandaDoc comes is available via a subscription-based pricing model on per user basis. It provides integration with Salesforce, HubSpot, SugarCRM, ProsperWorks and many more.

Pros

PandaDoc allows your company to finalize proposals and deal documents with your clients. Instead of sending all your deal documents through multiple emails, attachments, and PDFs, you and your client can simply get everything signed in one PandaDoc document.

Cons

It's not a bad software, but it definitely needs to work on its integration with other software. We wanted to link our PandaDoc with our CRM software and have the signed deals to come through our CRM, and it hasn't been working. Customer support isn't the best either. I've reached out to them and they've looked at our issue a couple times, but then they never followed up even though our issue still persisted.

It has an app! I can use this to create all my documents, put them in templates, have them ready to go for an e=signature. Their customer support is bar none. They are very helpful and quick to respond to any queries.

Cons

It is lacking the ability for comments for the clients I invite to sign my documents otherwise there is nothing I could think of to improve this awesome product!

Pandadoc is the most comprehensive quoting platform I have used. The templates are easy to use, I love the quote approval workflow, we can lock content blocks so we can control the level of freedom a sales rep has.

Cons

I think the only issue is the price. Pandadocs is expensive for small businesses but if you have the budget for it then it is great value.

Pros

Its interface is supercool, it is easy to use, design friendly, the library and templates are amazing to save time.
It also allows us to quickly create and send proposals from tablets as well as desktops. The chase function (send reminder) is excellent.
It is very easy for our clients to receive, review, and sign off on orders, contracts and more. It's also great the way you can save visuals and sections of documents into the content library for easy future use.

Cons

what makes me frustrated is T when you are creating tables within your documents, and you press "Tab" to move to the next column. It doesn't move you there, but instead takes you to the next "User" input field which is completely not relevant when you are creating a new document.
Some of my quotations arrive as a spam, so my futurs clients never receive them. There are bug with the typography (the size of the text change for no reason, the bold appears or disappear for no reason, etc).

Pros

Pandadoc is a very easy to use application. My team loves that it is completely mobile. Documents can be sent, viewed and completed on any device. The platform is feature rich and surprisingly self explanatory. The eTutorials are great. They provide screenshots and video grabs of their latest features and more.

Cons

Wish the formatting were more like Microsoft Word or Excel. Building out a document or template can take longer then expected.

Pros

If you have document that require multi level signatures with certain order, this is a nifty tool. You can also audit how long the recipient spent time each page.

Cons

Creating form or document take some time. It requires some skills. Orientation or training is appreciated but it seems it is additional fee.

Intuitive and very easy to learn. Also a little fun to drag the fields around. Makes it so much easier to get signatures, compared to using pen and paper!

Cons

If you start a document and send it out with the wrong email/name somewhere, that person/email becomes permanently associated with the document. Would be helpful if that wasn't a thing, but it's also extremely easy to start a new one.

Really professional looking program. I can customize my documents to whatever I need them to be. Very easy to manage sending and receiving signatures to and from our clients. Completely replaced the back and forth and trying to get signatures on contracts via fax. I can see when the recipient has opened the document or if they have any questions or concerns.

Cons

Sometimes it kicks out the clients when they are trying to submit the signatures. Also can be a little tough to set up new documents from scratch if you've never used the program before.

Editing proposals was pretty easy, and you can knock them out pretty fast when you're using a template.

Cons

Having a limit on the number of templates you could make (and setting it so low) really was terrible for businesses with many different services. The design of the dashboard was terrible and unintuitive.

Pandadoc has become central to our business. We utilize it to create custom proposals and for all information forms, contracts, invoicing and more.

We love the flexibility of designing each template and then being able to personalize it. It's central to our sales process in creating a proposal that helps close the deal as much as anything else.

It's robust, beautiful and easy. It's a fantastic solution for what we do. They also provide zippy customer service.

We also dig how it tracks everything. Very useful in our communication.

I can't say enough about it... Love, Love, Love it!

Cons

Seriously, there isn't anything about this product that I don't just love. It's cost effective. It looks very professional.

One or two things though...
1. I wish we could customize how the email looked that that potential client received. It's the least attractive piece and not reflective of what the person is getting.
2. And this is a big one... a few emails have ended up in a spam folder... which is really really bad when people are waiting on the proposal. So that's a hickey for sure. But it's so worth it, and we just follow up with a call or email "sent the proposal, let me know what you think"...

This is a great solution for us when we're trying to build out contracts for our clients. It's cheap and it allows us to follow templates and guides to make sure all of our bases are covered. It also notifies us to let us know when the client has signed.

Cons

On the down side, I feel like they send out WAY too many emails. I felt like I got a notification is someone breathed on the online document. Some emails just felt really redundant and pointless.

I think PandaDoc is a winner when it comes to convenient document sharing, contract sending and e-signing. We use it all the time with clients and it has proven to be very successful as it allows you to track activity, collaborate on a document/contract, add notes and edit as well as most importantly get a signature. Obviously one of my favorite things is that you are no longer wasting paper and ink and you're able to have everything stored in one place when it comes to your important business contracts.

Sending contracts and getting e-signatures to move deals forward quickly.

Pros

My favorite thing about this software is how intuitive and straightforward it is. It allows me to single-handedly manage all the contracts for my small business without wasting any time.

The thing I use it for most is sending sales contracts to get a client to e-sign. With templates, it's extremely easy to draft up a new contract for a new client, and the automated notifications and emails make it easy to stay apprised of any progress through to signature.

Whenever we have needed faraway clients to sign contract offers, Pandadoc always comes to the rescue, allowing our customers to sign contracts digitally.Thereby saving us days of waiting for documents to be delivered via post or courier.

Although they offer a certificate after both parties signed the document, Adobe PDF doesn't recognize the signatures for some reasons. DocuSign, for example, will be recognized by Adobe and the pdf will pop up a line saying: Signed and all signatures are valid.

It doesn't mean that PandaDoc is not legal-binding, but we just want to make sure the documents will look great for our Fortune 500 clients.

Pros

-The interface is easy-to-use
-Templates are very nice and convenient
-The pricing table feature is awesome

They looked awful and it was a pain to approve and make changes. PandaDoc simplifies the process from beginning to end. The customer support has been awesome (Thanks!). Pros

Accessible through browser and app, easy to use and very straight forward. The tracking is very accurate and timely which allows you to be notified when a client has checked the proposal, if the client has completed and signed the proposal. The reminder and follow up options is also a great feature.

Cons

Lack of template or presets. The massive cost in having this access which you are actually not using daily.

Pros

Easy to code and great complimenting integrations that can really help with automating workflow. Invoicing and getting signatures has never been easier.

Cons

high cost for extra users and too many notification emails. This may be something I can turn off, but in the meantime it is annoying to get a total of 4 emails for someone receiving, viewing, paying, and completing a document.

We love the software because it is easy for our users but even more easy for the customer. There is no hesitation on how to use the program, previous products used the customers were hesitant.
