The solution we can recommend to others for sure.

Pros

Overall, the experience of using lead-scoring in PandaDoc. Through the simplest funnels, you can find out what kind of conversion is in a segment that has a combination of characteristics and different actions. I guarantee that you will find segments simply with space conversion. Lead-scoring technology allows the sales department not to waste its time and focus only on those customers that are potentially profitable for your business. It sounds tempting, but in order to implement lead scoring, there is a need to follow some conditions. Firstly, you should have a team that sells and works directly with leads. Secondly, your analytics should be on a high level. You need to collect various data about users, including demographic information and behavioral indicators. If these conditions are relevant for your product, I would recommend that you consider implementing lead scoring, because the lead scoring solution is about efficiency.

Cons

We would like to have the ability to customize the design of the service a bit. We believe it would be great to adjust the platform in this way as well. Concerning other customizing issues, we believe that it would become soon an urgent need to simplify at least a bit their tables (for example, pricing tables) and to allow their copying and pasting.

Awesome Software for Document Creation & Automation

In PandaDoc, my colleagues and I have an efficient software for proposals and any other document clients may request for during our sales activities.

Pros

What I find most amazing about PandaDoc is how it makes it easy to create quite complex documents with a list of tools and features while enabling collaboration.

Cons

I would prefer an offline version too so that without internet, I can still work on any document and sync it when I have access to internet.

PandaDoc works effectively with lead scoring.

Pros

Lead scoring in Panda Doc consists of more than 180 rules. These are various parameters, actions, and their combinations, for which we charge points to users. We use Hubspot, it's a third-party product, which, among other things, allows us to customize the logic of lead scoring. And the third important in all this story is the threshold value of the score. As soon as any user comes to our site, we begin to track where they came from and what actions they performed on the site. We don't send all the leads to our CRM-system. In general, PandaDoc helps us to determine which customers represent a great interest in our product.

Cons

The users should be ready to not the easiest learning curve because it is not always necessary to build the logic of lead scoring just on the basis of individual actions in PandaDoc. This is a fairly creative process, and I would advise any customer to approach it accordingly and not to lay all the responsibility on the product's data. Customers should generate hypotheses and look for various combinations of actions and characteristics that, in their opinion, can say that the segment of these users is very high-quality.

PandaDoc Review

Overall as a sales group this has made us more efficient

Pros

The templates are great and easy to use. The real time stats to see who is viewing my docs and when is really helpful.

Cons

The initial set-up was a little clunky and took some time to work through.

Loaded electronic signature tool with everything I need, and more!

Pros

I love the custom templates, signing order configuration and the fantastic integration with Salesforce.com to pull in so many dynamic field token values.

Cons

Editing templates, especially with pricing tables, is somewhat clunky and can be frustrating.

A tool for documents sharing and keeping

Pros

The coolest thing about PandaDoc is a total control on the document. You always know who opens the document and when, and also you can even chat with a client without a peep. It is great that chat function gives a possibility to stay in touch with customers. Another plus is an ability to create, edit and send templates. In addition, a mobile application is very useful. We need to admit that we like PandaDoc for its flexibility of the software and a variety of templates. In addition, the chat feature has become an integral part of our daily work, because it helps us to stay in touch with our clients constantly.

Cons

Unfortunately, there are some things that should be improved. First of all, it is a bit confusing when developers of the PandaDoc change a design, dashboards location, etc. It takes some time to get used to new updates. Second of all, the service doesn’t present a possibility for a big number of users to work on a particular document at the same time.

Easier document process

The idea is to get the sales team spending less time filling out all of the information needed to send a order form to a client and that was a challenge we're trying to overcome.

Pros

The concept is great I mean who doesn't want to make it easier to pull the data from your CRM and have it pre load into a document that you can send in track...

Cons

The problem is that the integration with Salesforce doesn't seem to be that great and so you run into a lot of issues with pre-filled tokens that are missing which ends up sometimes making you do the job two or three times.

Use it for all my business docs

I had all my legal docs for my business done in a week using the templates for pandaDoc and you can add Doc-u-sign with them so clients can sign contracts from anywhere and they can be customized for your business

Pros

I was looking for simple templates for my legal docs in my business and the ones on PandaDoc were perfect

Cons

That you have to pay $$ after the trial but it's worth it for the time and money you save not going to a lawyer for simple docs

Good product overall

Simplifies my getting contracts signed, but really doesn't allow me to make changes easily.

Pros

There are a lot of features that can be useful. It is designed for many situation, therefore I would consider is a jack-of-all-trades software, master-of-none.

Cons

The interface is not very intuitive. It's simple... almost too simple. And things aren't clear on what is available. All these apps and upgrades... makes it very irritating if you just want to find one thing.

Panda Doc Review

Pros

I like that we can use this program to have people sign documents. It comes in handy when people can't physically come in the office to sign paperwork.

Cons

Thw program itself tends to be very slow. It will take minutes for the documents to open. When they do open, they take a couple minutes to focus, so all you see is blurry words.

Best Document Management Software

We use PandaDoc for all of our client agreements. We used to use it for proposals as well, but we wanted more functionality so we strictly use it for agreements.

Pros

Super easy to use, yet still very powerful. They continually add features and make improvements but not in an overwhelming way. They are smart additions and the amount of functional integrations keeps growing. It really is the best overall solution and bang for the buck.

Cons

I do wish there was some more functionality in regard to design. You can create custom CSS but that isn't as user friendly. A fully featured WYSIWYG editor to make standout proposals would be great. As is it's still functional enough in terms of design.

Great HubSpot Integration

I would recommend PandaDoc to anyone that uses the HubSpot CRM for their business.

Pros

PandaDoc is one of the best document management tools that has an integration with HubSpot. Easily create sales documents on the fly with contact, company and deal tokens that are automatically pulled from HubSpot.

Cons

It can be a little tricky to get set up at first. After you get familar with it, it's very easy to use.

A great alternative to conventional document preparation process

PandaDoc had made it easy for us to create and share various documents with our clients.

Pros

The one thing we admire about PandaDoc is that it has all the needy features we are looking for like creating a doc, sending it and saving them for future. All the three needs are fulfilled by PandaDoc and we are more over happy to use it as our primary client docs designing tool !

Cons

The document saving on Google drive has a lot of issues, we faced this issues while saving our docs to Google Drive !

A storage for important files

Pros

PandaDoc is a perfect service for managing organizational documents such as contracts, proposal and more in one place. It helps you to automate your workflow and create strong and efficient storage for documents with a single click.

Cons

Sometimes our clients say they didn't receive the email to view the document. Second of all, constant upgrades knockdown with a feather. It takes some time to get used to upgraded design changes or new dashboards location.

Documents managing service

Pros

The best thing for us is the ability to communicate with our clients and speak about a specific document with a help of special chat form. We can provide a clear understanding of information for our customers and take into consideration their ideas. What is more, it gives an opportunity to know who opened the document and when he did it. In addition, the mobile app and software’s design is perfect.

Cons

We need to admit that PandaDoc has more advantages than disadvantages. However, there are some issues that need to be changed. First of all, it is a little bit uncomfortable that a big number of users haven’t an opportunity to work on the same document at the same time.

Integrations and workspaces help me manage multiple brands in the same account

Pros

I like the workspaces where you can have different brands, users and templates so I can manage various departments under the one account. I like that you can integrate with our CRM and grab dynamic field data to pre-populate some of the forms we use.

Cons

I think it could be cheaper to compete locally here in Australia with some alternative products.
