Drag and drop functionality makes building templates very easy. The built in property feed and market insights are a popular feature with our agents and help them easily and quickly promote listings. Cons: We use a CRM called Close, and when we first used active pipe, there were some issues with the two platforms syncing with eachother. We've also had trouble with people unsubscribing from an agent, but not from the company, and these people tend to get annoyed they are still receiving emails (even though they unsubscribed). They can block your data base and refuse to unblock it. Users cannot remove some contact from a send list before sending. Users cannot upload links, have to ask them to do it for you.
