An amazing product I could not be without
I have used for years, and love its ease of use, how quick the app is, should you ever have an issue the help desk is back to you instantly, of all the real estate products I use their contact team is EXCEPTIONAL, I wish others would take notice of their outstanding customer service.
PROSThe fact that every text you send is from your phone, you have a record, and not cost to send ...The ability to see who has opened the link you send and how many times they view... I do a lot of Auctions, the process of following up the contacts and keeping them updated is so important ACTIVEPIPE is my go to for this!Every agent should be using this!
CONSNot much at all... I love this product - Its functions are easy and do the job you need it to do easily

Easy drag & drop templates
Great product! Easy to use as an admin, and not overly complicated to teach brokers how to use on their own.
PROSThis is the best email marketing system I have used for real estate. Drag and drop functionality makes building templates very easy. The built in property feed and market insights are a popular feature with our agents and help them easily and quickly promote listings.
CONSWe use a CRM called Close, and when we first used active pipe, there were some issues with the two platforms syncing with eachother. We've also had trouble with people unsubscribing from an agent, but not from the company, and these people tend to get annoyed they are still receiving emails (even though they unsubscribed).
Reasons for switching to ActivePipe
Rezora was very clunky and temperamental to work in. Plus, our brand changed over to active pipe at a corporate level.

I will not recommend active pipe to anyone
Same as above.
PROSCheap but you get what you are paying for
CONSHighly frustrating company. Terrible customer service, no customer support phone number or chat, only emails that are responded to 24 hrs later, it takes days to get anything resolved if at all on top of delayed response as they are based out of Australia. They can block your data base and refuse to unblock it. Users cannot remove some contact from a send list before sending. Users cannot upload links, have to ask them to do it for you. Delays and very unsatisfactory.
Reasons for switching to ActivePipe
Too much frustration with active pipe, negatively impacting my business.

ActivePipe Use for the Ray White Group
Fantastic. Highly recommend.
PROSEasy to use, self sufficient but you also get out what you put in. Great database nurturing software.
CONSOne to one email capabilities, but their customer success and development team are incredibly responsive. Working with them to create new things is always a good experience.

Activepipe for special projects
excellent - great tool if you use it as it's designed.
PROSWhat i like most about this application is the ability to design and implement a specific email campaign for a project- with all the branding and flexibility that a project would need
CONSthe software has a great system for design adn implemeting your email campagins, BUT it requires some training to make it work, - i was lucky - had training from Ebany (who works with their team) she was amazing and kept me on track and learning and implementing the systems they have
Reason for choosing ActivePipe
We ultimately chose activepipe because of their ability to use our existing CRM, integrate with it, and support our business growth.

Great Product In Essence, Support When Issues, Poor.
More than disappointing. I'm sure there are other products that have a support team that is what the salesperson says it is.
PROSEase of use and automation looked good when being sold to us.
CONSNot able to change a lot. Integration dropped off, which stops stopping automations and dealing with support was a nightmare. Unbelievably slow to respond, including none whatsoever from the ';account manager' in the hope that he could speed it up. Closing in on a week that we are not able to market as promised.
