Automation of emails

The reports and the delivery rate of emails have improved considerably in my work, the entire team is satisfied with the use we have given to Delivra and its successful implementation. The cost has been accessible for all and the constant updates that improve my experience in the software considerably, make believe that it was really worth it.

Pros

I appreciate how easy it has been to send emails, it is completely automated. It allows us to reach the right people, thanks to the fact that Delivra has made its analysis much easier.
In general terms, it has really complete and very good functions that help personalize the emails according to our requirements. The design templates, the drag and drop options make all the work much faster and easier.

Cons

It takes a while to make progress in completing and configuring in detail the emails to be sent. It is a great service that keeps the work flow constant, but I must admit that at the beginning it presents a learning curve, therefore you have to have patience and good training to understand exactly the correct way to configure according to what is I need.

Email Marketing to truly help you out

Pros

Delivra rocks!! I was hooked with their drip campaigns and how cool it was to have it all laid out systematically. It really helps improve your understanding on converting leads and what path to help walk your subscribers through. Great tools for tracking the stats of your emails and helpful to help improve on what you are doing. They have great templates and help keep things feeling personal and custom

Cons

They really have thought of everything and designed it in a very easy to use and fun way to use!

Love LOVE LOVE Delivra!!

Pros

I have used at least three different email services and this is by far the best one. Their support is always available and usually they are saving me from myself! If I have a suggestion they make a note and I have definitely seen changes based on my feedback. It's easy to build content and its some of the best content that I have ever done. There are few limitations.

Cons

The reporting can be a bit confusing to get down. It took me a while to know how to run a report and understand what i was looking at. However, there are a lot of support tools such as videos and FAQs. I also think that they way the last email service I used did reporting was so convoluted that it took me longer to get Delivra's - which of course is no fault of theirs.

Great Delivery Rates but HTML Editor UX Needs Work

Able to reach audiences that can be difficult to connect with via email due to security and firewall blocks. Delivra is able to still get your messages out to your desired personas.

Pros

Delivra always ensured our messages were getting delivered without any hiccups. We saw great open/click rates when sending through the platform. Minimalist user interface helps to make things easy and avoid confusion.

Cons

The HTML editor was difficult to work with and could sometimes distort how you wanted your message to look when sending. Browser would sometimes crash without notice.

Easy to use, but for the good reasons

Pros

I only tested Delivra, switching to another service due to a small email list to save on costs. I really liked the interface though, albeit not being very modern, and I found it extremely easy to use. Will definitely consider switching back and giving it another chance.

Cons

If you want a modern startup-y interface, Delivra is a bit behind.

Pros

Very user-friendly and affordable. I love the free templates available, they make it way easier in the design aspect. The customization features are super helpful too!

Cons

Although this software is great, I am still a big advocate for MailChimp. With Delivra, the integration process and importing/exporting subscribers could be a little more robust.

We don't actually use it at my work but I checked it out a friends company and was impressed with how easy it was. She was also on with customer support at the time and they were incredible.

I would have loved to try it but they don't off a free trial so I will stick with what I have and know!

I love that you can segment emails and that the analytics are so precise - you can even see who's forwarded your email!

Cons

The email templating is a little dated, but it's okay if you know a little bit of HTML. I had to hire somebody for that!

We will be implementing Delivra in a few months and I'm so excited to use it.

Pros

The ease of use is incredible. The drag and drop format is so user-friendly. The staff is great, too. They walk you through everything from the sales pitch, to the training, design, integration, and implementation. I couldn't ask for more.

Cons

They have automated email reminders if you don't respond to their staff within two days regardless of whether or not you tell them you will not be able to respond for a longer period of time. It's a little annoying, but I understand the purpose of the reminders and appreciate them.

Great program. Use it Daily.

We are able to use this product for all of our communications. Professional looking with consistent design of our communications is very important.

Pros

The templates are easy to use. The program is versatile. The program serves all of our needs. We get a quick response if we have any trouble.

Cons

When you are pasting the text into the template, all of the spacing is lost. I save a lot, and the length of time is more than I like, but understand that the more text we have, the longer it takes to save.

Pros

Very customizable even if you aren't coding an email. You can still get the look you are trying to achieve. They are constantly updating and adding new features.

Cons

Although it's easy to use there are several features that seem somewhat overwhelming. However, they send out tutorial videos and updates regularly.

Pros

Their support team is very responsive and helpful. The software also does its job. Has some solid automation options and good functionality from a scheduling and segmentation perspective.

Cons

Their platform is pretty buggy, especially regarding HTML templates. I've had several emails break with my developers not really having any idea what they can do to resolve the issue.
