Marketing 360 - A great way to help your brand POP!

This is a very solid product and I have no real complaints, just suggestions for improvements as I listed in my cons section. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who would like to improve their site traffic or increase their brand awareness and manage their marketing internally.

Pros

There are so many good things to say about marketing 360, from its user-friendly design to its wide selection of tools, this product is amazing for anyone looking to expand their brand. It has helped my company manage their marketing tools in one easy space. We use this primarily for advertising - from local, targeted ads, to more specific email blasts, it makes it easy to manage our database of followers and understand which ads are working and how.

Cons

I would have liked to see more on the analytical end. Namely, how long people were visiting our webpage after clicking on an ad. Other small things which they should include would be help with design of ads for different platforms. I think it would be great if they had some kind of helpful hints for effective ads based on all of the data they've collected for other small businesses.

Waste of money

I called them to inform them things aren’t working as effectively as advertised. They told me to be patient but continue to pay the monthly bill. I can’t wait to get out of this contract on feb 20th!

Pros

Website looks great and seemed to have applicable content pages.

Cons

representative told me that for the money I’d spend I could expect 25-50 new patients a month. Into month 4 now and we are averaging about 4 new patients/month. It’s been a waste of money.

A good product

Pros

We enjoyed using the Marketing 360 because this platform has an excellent and intuitive toolbar, as well as an amazing support service that helped customize everything to fit our needs.

Cons

It took us a long time to fully explore the platform, especially on SEO. Cannot be used on mobile devices. Integrates with a small number of programs.

An Amazing Company and Product

Full Disclosure -As an employee of a large organization, we do not use Madwire. However, as a consultant I recommend M360 to every small business I work with! Incredible dashboard / user interface and the CSR team will help you set everything up to meet your needs. They excel in SEO and Social Media Marketing!

Cons

Very robust platform that can take some time to learn/ understand (SEO is a complicated world). Put in the time on the front end and ask questions to understand everything and it'll be worth it!

Difficult but useful

Pros

With Marketing 360, I have access to all of our social networks in one place. In addition, I really liked how quickly the technical support service responds regardless of the time of the call.

Cons

The software has some terminology and processes for which more detailed explanations are needed. And I would also like to be able to use the Marketing 360 right on the smartphone.

Misdirection and Misinformation

Have realized no benefit. Overall experience is extremely negative.

Pros

Has potential to be a great investment if done properly.

Cons

The service that comes with it. This requires a 6 month contract, which is in the fine print, so it is there; however, the sales reps lead me to believe that this was a month to month deal. Communication is not very good, your business has to work around their schedule so you cant always connect like you may need to.

CSR is awesome

CSR at MadWire is awesome. Social media marketing seems easy, but it definitely isn't easy at all! Navigating all the challenges of determining your key messages, supporting artwork and visuals takes time and talent. He has the talent and he is generous with his time and ability to explain why we are advertising in a certain way. He was patient and really committed to helping our business succeed and grow through social media marketing. I'm thankful to be working with him.

Pros

I like the service that is provided with this product and the ease of use of the dashboard. I can easily follow the impact that the campaign is having and understand the results.

Cons

There really aren't any significant cons that I can mention. Marketing 360 has done a great job of creating a product that is user friendly and easy to use. It really helps me that he is so friendly and helpful.

Great Service and Information

Good service, good product

Marketing 360 is a guiding hand to help me navigate the waters of online marketing. There is no way that I could do this myself. Every component that one needs to create and prosper from an commerce site is available in one location. The staff is educated and customer oriented.
