The most I like about Cargoson is that I have a simple tool to get the quotes for shipments from different forwarders in one place. So booking transport for goods is made easy and saves money.

Excellent freight and parcel shipping management tool.

Transport companies can use it also, they add trucks numbers and change dates, my clients get info directly form this program. There are so many good things about it.

User can trigger forwarder selection and order shipping directly from ERP, where as Cargoson does all carrier integrations in between. Easy tracking possibilities later directly from ERP.

Comparing prices is very nice. Creating orders is easy and as it saves all addresses its very easy and quick sending cargo to place you have delivered at least once.

The main problem that has been solved for our company is overview and communication between carriers and our own employees.

Process wasn t difficult. If I  could also make large quantities of grain  with it.

We have implemented API connection to our own system so that our customers would automatically see product delivery costs. It is easy to generate monthly reports to track all your delivery details.

I don't know if the dates are automatic or what, but sometimes the delivery dates shown are wrong. Then we still have to contact the carrier to see what the real time would be.

I get complaints from users who try to select a document to open but get the edit field because the icon to open the document is on the right.

They provide us with a customer service manager that ensures we are taken care of accordingly and get all our questions answered in a timely manner.

Set up was a breeze, customization is available, the customer service organization is very responsive, we didn’t have to buy the entire package, it’s easy to add new modules as our programs mature.

ProcessMAP is an excellent tool to organize your daily and annual activities and goals, accomplishments throughout the year are easily communicated up for reviews.

System easy to use from a user and admin point of view. If any issue arises, CSM is knowledgeable and can help correct most issues on the spot.

Easy to change up the dashboard. Has a feel like pivot table charts but look great.

The software has a very clean user friendly feel. Developing training and subsequently bringing on all of our users was a fairly straightforward process because the tool is very intuitive.

We aren't solving any business problems. Process Map continues to reject what we need as not possible without other solutions.

During audits it is often brought up how the systems organization and presentation highlight the investigation and corrections of incidents.

My overall experience is positive, given the limitations of response customization features. Our facilities use this module daily to ensure H&S compliance is met.

This is truly an out of the box solution. I love how easy it is to verify and review of historical submissions.

It is terribly confusing. There are so many back end fixes, etc.

The system can sometime not be flexible enough for our needs (more incident categories).

You need a full time person to be an administrator at your company, a SME. Otherwise, it is beyond frustrating and unusable.
