Cooleaf is an amazing rewards Program!

It is a fun platform and a great way to recognize and reward!

PROS

Cooleaf is easy to use and has a great variety of rewards for my employees!

CONS

I don't find any issues with it. It has been easy and fun to use!

Getting the Most Out of Cooleaf

I have not tried to solve anything, except by giving my feedback on todays survey.And the Cooleaf is a great tool to get away from the hustle & bustle of work & life for that reason. I hope the kinks get fixed, like life nothing is perfect. I hope this survey helped & keep up the good work!!

PROS

The tool that is most impactful is basically being able to read on the front of the email, before you actual go into the Cooleaf site, to see what the rest of the Post is about.That is why you as the reader can decide to I want to actual go into the site or just read what I see on the email. Saves time!!

CONS

The features that can be improved are: logging in, I saved my password & the system still wants me to put my password in. I made sure I checked off in the Remember Me area, it still does not work. And also for Employee Recognition I found it difficult to look to see who recognized me. There should be a tab you should easily be able to go to, in order to get to that selection. I search & search to look at the comments, I sometimes give up.

Recognition for hard-work

Sometimes Cooleaf is the only place you receive recognition from, and means a bit more, because someone thought to go there to recognize you. So it's nice to have a surprise notification from a peer.

PROS

That anyone can be recognized and can choose their own reward/

CONS

Only certain level employees can distribute points. Allocated points each year for lower ranking employees would give a sense of empowerment for everyone to recognize anyone!

Love using Cooleaf every day

PROS

I love the employee recognition posts that look like a news feed on social media. It's great to have them in one place. I also love the activities that are posted on a regular basis and allow me to answer fun questions and read what others have said.

CONS

I don't like the way the notifications work, there may be options/settings I need to look into to fix that.

Interactive and Fun

PROS

It's easy and fun to use. The activities are enjoyable and the rewards are pretty good. It's a great tool for recognition and rewards.

Great Employees to Engage

My experience so far has been great. We use Cooleaf daily to interact with each other, participate in activities and earn points toward gift cards.

PROS

I like how easy it is to use. The features and tools are great as well. The entire organization can interact and respond to posts and questions easily.

CONS

There is nothing that I don't like about this software.

Cooleaf Really Works

Fun, exciting, challenging. The trivia is fun, but so are the exercise challenges.

PROS

Keeps me focused on tasks at hand, but also allows me to give our Etta-Boys and Etta-girls to colleagues that go above and beyond my expectations...and everyone sees the comments.

CONS

Can't really say I have any dislikes. It's easy to use from my desktop of mobile app. Fun and exciting ideas and competitions. Great reward opportunities and public recognition is always a great motivator!

Cooleaf is a challenging way to have fun

The benefits overall are cohesion, employees coming together to do on the spot recognition and some other fun activities to stay engaged while doing our jobs.

PROS

I enjoyed the ease of employee recognition for birthdays and anniversaries, logging on to new events and completing them.

CONS

Nothing to improve, this is a good platform.

Cooleaf - a valuable tool

Excellent. I love the daily, weekly and monthly activities. As a team lead being able to acknowledge someone on my team going above and beyond. It's such a valuable tool.

PROS

Very easy to navigate and understand. Interaction is what I like most. To be able to acknowledge co-works for their successes just makes it a much better working environment.

CONS

More product availability to choose from instead of gift cards.

Cooleaf is changing the game!

Using Cooleaf has increased my employee engagement for sure. I love being able to see whenever I'm recognized. It's amazing to know our company cares enough about us to implement this kind of tool!

PROS

The software is easy to navigate and fun to use. The site content is fresh, clear and easy to understand. I love the color palette as well, it's easy on the eyes!

CONS

I honestly can't think of anything missing! With my current usage (1-2 times a week), I don't have complex needs or require additional features. Cooleaf works for me just the way it is. If I use Cooleaf more frequently in the future, I'll be sure to voice my opinion at that time (if it's changed).

A very Cool way to recognize your colleagues

PROS

Peer to peer recognition is everything. Rewarding for team work and other job functions helps create an atmosphere of trust and a feeling of accomplishment for your team.

Cooleaf is amazing and I recommend it 100%.

PROS

I see cooleaf as a bridge between all of the employees in the firm, since the firm is so large and we have offices all over the US, cooleaf makes it easier to get to know everyone and to interact with each other. I also love the challenges.

CONS

I think the notifications could get a little better, it's confusing sometimes.

Love It!

PROS

I like that I can see when co-workers are celebrating a work anniversary, birthday or celebrating someone one their team that I was not aware had a big accomplishment or helped in a huge way so that I can jump in there and recognize them as well. I like how there are so many options to chose from when you decide to cash in your rewards and the ease of finding what you want.

CONS

There really is not anything I do not like about this software.

Cooleaf

PROS

Cooleaf is a centralized way for us to see all the shout outs and accomplishments of our peers all in one place. There are also chances to participate in challenges and earn points, the challenges are always insightful and encourage some form of self reflection.

CONS

The only con is the reward payout takes a long time. There are other services where you can get your reward same day and with this software you have to wait sometimes 2 or more days.

Great way to interact with other teammates

It's been one of my favorite things about the company that I work for. It's refreshing, it gives back to it's employees and makes things engaging and fun. Thank you Cooleaf.

PROS

It rewards the employees with gift cards for participating in different fun challenges. Also helps build a solid foundation amongst peers.

CONS

Didn't care to much about creating a LinkedIn account in order to receive points but other than that, it's a solid way to bring people together
