  • Pros

  • I found the software user friendly and I enjoyed the responsive design and easy to understand pricing system. I also liked the familiar Kanban board design.
  • I liked the ease of use, the interactivity, and the great features that it has, even in the free version.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes the emails get lost in spam or are hard to find so people can miss updates. I wish it has a desktop notifications.
  • Actually I do not have any complaints about the software, it has work greatly. Maybe the only problem would be that you need internet connection.

  • I find ez Talks to be fast, straightforward, and easy to use. Users are not required to install anything to be a participant, and they can attend the video conference straight from their browser.
  • You can share the screen, you have a whiteboard. Easy to use software, and helpful staff who try to solve any issues you might have.
  • Cons

  • All I get is: Bad Gateway. There is no support option on the website and no one answers the phone.
  • However, changed to a different software and there was no noises, so it may be something from EzTalks.
