Cybersecurity Training for the 21st Century
ThreatAdvice makes it easy to provide high-quality, easily consumable cybersecurity training to employees across an entire organization.
CONSSome of the content is a little too "light" for my taste, but that's more a personal preference than it is a critique of ThreatAdvice.

ThreatAdvice - NxtSoft Support and Assistance in the Top of their Class
The experience overall has been very positive. I'd call this the model for how a vendor should support their solution.
PROSThe fact that the solution is backed by world class professionals that are very responsive to the needs of customers and providing updates and information in a timely manner.
CONSSlightly less feature rich compared to some alternatives, but I feel this is made up for significantly by the support and willingness of NxtSoft to be nimble and adjust to customer needs and desires.
Reason for choosing ThreatAdvice Cybersecurity Education
The managed service and outsourced resourced, plus a customer was switching from KnowBe4 that I trust very much and helped recognize the value.
Reasons for switching to ThreatAdvice Cybersecurity Education
Cost and increased flexibility to use the training modules.
Vendor Response

ThreatAdvice is ineffective for applications.
My overall experience with ThreadAdvice Cybersecurity Education is that it does not work. If I am being fooled by Phishing attacks with my personal technical experience, I can only imagine how ineffective the training has been for others who have used it.
PROSIt does illustrate the degree of the problem with cybersecurity.
CONSThreatAdvice Cybersecurity Education does little to prevent the actual threats.Multiple choice questions are not the best way to test whether someone has the concept. It would be nice if ThreatAdvice Cybersecurity Education used a variety of Phishing questions in actual training instead of sending out fake messages after the fact. If someone answers as many as 2 out of 12 of the messages, clearly the training is ineffective. Instead of giving the employee a "Medium risk" evaluation, ThreatAdvice should be giving the ones that wrote the training a poor evaluation. Using words like "Always" and "Never" in your true false questions are an indicator of how lousy your training methods are. I have programmed for 4 years and have taught for 8 years. I am not "Medium risk" for falling for a phishing scheme.
