we have 27 shareholders. cake allows me as a founder and startup ceo to quickly and easily communicate all shareholder related info, as well as effortlessly manage cap table, get docs signed and more.

i love how easy to use Cake is. and the customer support is second to none. I was very new to cap table management and share registry and Cake makes my life a breeze.

As a new software, there has been an occasional small UX bug or two, but they seem to get resolved really quickly whenever they're pointed out

Customising announcements on the communication board was little difficult to use in the past however seeing great improvements to date!

Nice job, guys, congrats. I like it. As of now, I have only utilized the software up to the Modelling feature and have not distributed any shares/options. Therefore, I am unable to comment on the user experience regarding teamwork, liquidation preference, cap, seniority structure, etc..

Pie charts, nice GUI, clear menu structure, advanced mode, purple color, knowledge base.

Option distribution logic / nubers / how to modify numbers was the hardest to understand (natively, wh.o. reading help). Small fonts on cap table. Re-calculating is a bit slow. Benchmark data pool is a bit poor yet.

Cake gets two things right: the software, and the service. Managing our cap table, investors and share certificates (as well as transferring shares) is super easy to do, visual, and it just makes sense. I used to dread digging through ASIC's dozens of portals with cryptographic logins and incomprehensible menus just to remember (or update) our company shareholders. With Cake, it's simple, and it makes managing your cap table a breeze for all parties to see. Service and onboarding is stellar.

Nothing I can mention. I think the team at Cake are doing phenomenal work.

Incredible product, really easy to use with nothing comparable in the market for cap table management and raising. Great customer service to walk you through every single step of the process and incredibly helpful, couldn't imagine raising without it.
