New pricing of Expedite service of 409a: Expedite $390. Note for Startup Valuation: Startup Package is limited to pre-revenue companies in business for less than one year. Migrating from Other Cap Table or Equity Management Platforms: Thinking about migrating to Eqvista? Eqvista 409A Valuation
I hirer Eqvista to perform a valuation and the detail and accuracy of their report was highly impressive.
CONSIt took a little time to get the report completed but that was mostly down to delays on my side.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
I only use this company for when I need to file my franchise taxes in Delaware, which is around March. So I cancel my subscription and resubscribe when I need to. Doesn't sound bad right. Wrong! This company charges you on your next billing cycle for the months you cancel. So understand, you can cancel and will not be charge, but they charge you for the months you didn't use their service. Imagine cancel your Netflix subscription for a year, and then you want to resubscribe and Netflix bill you for for the months you cancel your account. Then he told me that we charge you for a service of just being a user. What! Make that make sense please. RUN, RUN, RUN, RUN, RUN from this company! I'm letting everyone know, so if they get a billed like mine. Oh and don't expect a refund, because you were paying for a service of just being a user in their database.
PROSEase of use is all I can say about this!

Great tool to manage employee stock options
One of the best things about Eqvista is it’s “Ease of use”, they have a straightforward and very clean UI. They also allow you to store all your company documents and if needed you can share the access to any of the shareholders.
PROSEasily issue and manage employee stock options. Excellent vesting plan creation functionality which can be applied instantly to the shareholders. Loved their visualisation and charts of share usage.
CONSIt will be great if they focus more on mobile experience. Otherwise it’s a great platform.

Cap table management software worth investing in
I’m a very happy customer of Eqvista and their platform is really helping me to manage my company equity. Also If you need to get a 409a valuation for your company they can help you. Very knowledgeable team.
PROSVery straightforward and simple UI. Highly recommended for scaling companies who are looking to move their cap table from excel sheets to an advanced cap table platform.
CONSIt would be great if they plan for a mobile app in the future.
