The various transaction lists with click-through links to the next action are really time-savers and brilliant from process compliance angle

It was a great journey so far and almost all the users are happy using both ERP and SFA Mobile App. There are certain features which are yet to be developed and I am sure that the development team at Xmplar would surely deliver it to their customers.

The product has got wide range of features which support the organisation for the scale up. It has the ability to withstand the high load which may come in future because of vast functionalities which are already built in into the system. Moreover, the development team is robust enough to get all the requirements or customisations developed as per the organisation's requirement which makes us the best choice in choosing this product

Certain processes are lengthly and feel that can be avoided or enabled only when there is a requirement for multi level processes. Where there is no requirement, users should have an option to switch on/off certain features

Reports - Data are all sync automatically and updating automatically in the reports.

Master Data updation, Reportings are very user friendly... No need to invest much time to update Master data's.

I could see, the versions are automatically updated. Features are as per the market standards as per the current scenario.

The software is cloud based and was inexpensive , with a helpful staff.

The manufacturing module of the product was not very developed and required alot of customization to be done .

Overall the experience of implementing and understanding of the process was good. The support provided by Jayatu, Deepanshu, Deepak and Jeffrin was very good, Always available and eager to help. The software helped us learn what process we need to set in our organization.

The process the software follows is very good and would help the team to get organized and systematic and process oriented . It would hep in reducing errors and setting process in place.

We should be able to directly integrate all data from the ealier software ( tally ) so that entire data does not have to be entered. Right form client details to stocks to daily sales,
