As a user, I am very satisfied with the software. It is a website that I can access it from my computer, tablet or even mobile. The interface doesn't change. Drake Illusion keep the interface consistent throughout all 3 platforms.

User friendly, very helpful, love it, strongly recommended. The customer service features help keep track of our customers and categorized them in groups that we used to identify for marketing strategy. It was very easy to learn and the training was very good.

The training was short but if I had any questions I would call them for clarification when something was not working as expected. They were very friendly. I wish the training was longer.

I would say that Drake Illusion had a good customer service that always able to listen to our problems and gives us suggestions in solving the issue we face when using their system.

The good thing about Drake Illusion was the technical support. They help me with custom features I needed to complete my work. The ability to see inventory that was at our customers that where out of service or soon to be. This allow me to identify customers and be proactive by prep equipment. The inventory and warehouse features that Drake illusion provide us very simple interface. I pick it up really easy.

The one thing bad about the software is that it lacks some of the features that other system have. Nevertheless, by providing custom development it helps to solve where they lack.

I was not part of the onboarding process but what I can say is that the application is a web-base. I can access it from my phone or tablet when I need to. It makes it easy experience. I would recommend it to others. As a project engineer, I need a system that can help me facilitate my duties.

It makes my work much more easier because I used to use multiple software but with Drake Illusion everything is in one source. When developing a custom feature I was part of the process. My input were value and they deliver what was expected. Also, Drake Illusion provided a trainer and in the class the trainer went into detail how the feature work. It was very good.

Compared to other system. This didn't seems appealing but when I was being train and understand how the system works that became clear that appearance is not important. What is important is to complete the project.

I am very satisfied with it's basic capabilities. My coworker that uses other features they seem very happy with it. I even hear that they were able to provide custom features that other software didn't provide.

I mostly used CRM features. I was able to ensure our customers to provide adequate survey about our company and use that to improve service. By categorizing our tickets, i was able to identify customers that where not satisfied and provide them better service to fulfill their needs and concerns.

I wish that the CRM, had more capabilities like other software but Drake Illusion covers it's basic. Other than that I don't have any complaints.
