PROSI believe that B2B software products should be evaluated mainly for their support. Edara has a great support team. Moreover, Edara has a lot of implementation partners in Egypt and the Suadi market. this gives them a very unique edge.
CONSThe system is rich with features, and hence it needs a financial professional to work on it. there may be a chance to enhance the user experience to make the tool easier to use for non-accountants.

PROS1-EDARA SOFTWARE TEAM ARE VERY ENTHUSIASTIC, KEEPING THEIR FOCUS ON THEIR CUSTOMER NEEDS & REQUIRMENTS ACCORDING TO THEIR INDUSTRIES. 2-EDARA HAS A DYNAMIC DASHBOARD & EASY REPORTING SYSTEMS HELPING IN DESICION MAKING PROCESS. 3-EDARA HAS AN ONLINE CONNECTIONS WITH SAUDI ZAKAT AUTHORUTY & EGYPTIAN TAX AUTHORITY FOR ONLINE INVOICES. 4- EDARA REGULARLY UPDATE THEIR SYSTEM WITHOUT EXTRA OR HIDDEN COSTS.
