MARG ERP 9+ is a comprehensive ERP software solution, deployed on-premise. It is used by small, midsize and enterprise businesses, and different modules are available to suit retailers, distributors and manufacturers in a variety of industries.

Modules offered by MARG ERP9+ include one for manufacturing, which includes order and purchase management, production planning and costing, inventory management etc. There is also a distribution module for a variety of industries, including pharmacy.

The retail POS module includes inventory management, reporting, integrations with e-commerce platforms, touch POS, barcode scanners and integrations with logistics platforms. The software vendor also offers sales force automation with reporting on things such as activity, attendance, daily sales etc.

Different Android apps are offered for customers, store owners and suppliers. Pricing to license the platform scales with features and number of users.

They are just not bothered to resolve customer problem, once sale is done.

Pros

Stock maintenance process is OK, but switching to reports and vouchers is not friendly at all. Backup process is good.

Cons

Complicated. Even their support people fail to provide solution. It is very very difficult to get any person for solution. Company has very less or limited control over partners. If you buy from a partner and they wind up then you will find no one to take care of. Huge effort required to follow up with them which can run to a year.
