PROS

tis has an amazing interface that is to use even for amateur users. Has a lot of feutures that all of them are usefull especially treasury reporting.

MOST POWERFUL TREASURY TOOL. Thank you TIS!!!

In just the last 10 months we accomplished +10 first time implementations in different countries at across 6 Banks and still counting for 2021. We are still expecting the next 10 locations to Go live with TIS. These implementations correspond to around 25-30 SAP Company codes of individual entities. Some economies of scale are if the country and Bank is the same and we do the implementations in one go.

PROS

The visibility of one place for all you Bank relations have given us a different picture of the business. Faster, accurate, instantly seeing the latest daily balances. Very easy daily handling, from a project implementation point of view. It's easy to get connected the difficulty is not the tool implementation. It's rather handling many TIS implementation projects in several countries across multiple Banks and Project Managers. For the daily accountant executing the payment runs it is also easy to handle, but it has to be a specialised team that does daily payments.

CONS

There is nothing really worth mentioning that is not that great. For a webportal its futures are amazing, the speed is fine. Could we say I don't like how the tree works that opens all entities. That one could be 1 second faster and more responsive.

We have had a fantastic experience with the software and the support team. We feel that it is a true partnership between vendor and client.

PROS

The features that we like most are the extensive payment library, the ease of deployment, the implementation support and the problem resolution support.

CONS

The pricing structure requires you to fully understand upfront how the product will be deployed. (Number of banks, bank accounts, system connections, etc.) If you aren't certain of the deployment plan you may over or under purchase.

Satisfied Customer

Very happy with customer service and implementation team. We onboarded during Covid when our internal resources were strained and we faces significant interruptions in bank resources. TIS was responsive when needed and very patient when we encountered delays on the bank side. Extremely responsive and quick to resolve issues that cropped up.

PROS

Implementation across banks is solid with broad support for regional statement, payment and ancillary data file formats. Connectivity is as simple as bank communications can get. System is extremely intuitive to use and quite flexible for a SAS application.

CONS

Customization options are limited, but that is true for most SAS applications. Entry level reporting and data analysis could be improved to support those of us who like "sql type" access to data tables.

TIS covers our core requirements (communications, transactions, statements and analysis) extremely well. It is simple and intuitive to use and quite flexible for a hosted platform. Costs are competitive and quality of product and services seemed top notch.

Reasons for switching to Treasury Intelligence Solutions

We were using a complex and robust application which offered a lot of bells and whistles which we did not need. Pricing kept going up along with their core functions, but we were paying for services we did not need and spending more and more time managing the system and access.

TIS, is it worth the money and time invested?

We used the implementation to standardize the whole end-to-end payment process from the ERP system to TIS to the bank. In our ERP system complexity could be reduced heavily and be standardised. The payment release process is the same worldwide and the bank connectors work well. Local users confirm that the TIS tool is a true benefit for the local processes. Transparency and security are just on top reasons to go for TIS. It worked out!

PROS

Compared to other solutions I always felt that users will be comfortable with it. The look and feel is easy for them and you start to like to work with it. The handling is easy, the transparency is great. As an administrator I know all corners and even after almost 10 years of usage, I still like to login every day.

CONS

Master and transaction data downloads are not that easy and the TIS system should be open to extract the data for further analysis outside TIS.
