Some fields have very similar names or information appears in more than one field, which can be confusing, especially for those writing reports who are becoming familiar with the system.

The admin view is easy to navigate and it it has really streamlined our processes. The helpdesk team are always on hand to help with any queries.

While it's easy to set up automations it can be difficult initially to find the automation section and some of the filters can at times be confusing.

I haven't been using it for that long; and I'm not an administrator, so I can't provide any constructive criticism on the features.

The ability to have a tidy database where all users/companies are assigned to groups.

What I like the most about Reservio is how user friendly it is. From the UI standpoint, it is very clean, organized and well thought for the user.

The ease of use made me confident that even the most technologically illiterate person would be able to book their time slot for the tour.

It is simple to book into a session. There is good flexibility around the number of participants you can allow for each session and this information is clearly shown to the end-user.

We had minor login problems which were quickly resolved by the team.

I am happy to use reservio, also customer service is nice and ready to help. We used it for events, to maintain pandemic rules (to have some amount of people on event).

Clients are struggling to find our club on the app.

Using this service for 2 years, from time to time it fails to synchronize with the Google Calendar and then lets your customers order on the dates you are already full, which is very annoying.

We've finally found a great partner for our costumers. It is simple to use and very practice.

They even sent a screen shot of the steps to take. For a visual learner like myself, I loved that.

Paid for the software and it still won't send sms confirmation. Tried customer service and no response.
