  • Pros

  • The ease of use for the customer was outstanding and worked well. Also Customer service was the best on any software I've used.
  • We place the link on our school website for easy accessibility. The variety of reports makes it easy to track customer information and sales.
  • Cons

  • Some of the weaknesses have been addressed and they have added to what you can do over the past two years.
  • It’s sometimes difficult to remember how to do infrequent tasks such as issuing a refund.

  • Customer Service!!! I would give it 10 stars if I could. Prompt, reliable and helpful and if I make a suggestion for a change or addition it is done within minutes.
  • They have an amazing support staff. Very quick response time.
  • Cons

  • Too much room for error when keying in multiple sections during the initial setup process for an event.
  • I'm not sure I'm using EBE in the exact way it was intended.
