I especially appreciated having one place to manage the logistics of a program from registration through attendance. What I liked most was how easy it made the registration process for both our staff and our visitors. We could quickly build an event, set attendance limits, collect participant information, and monitor registrations without a lot of extra administrative work. It was especially helpful when we had multiple programs running at the same time because I could easily see what was filling up, manage waitlists, and keep track of attendance. #### Cons The biggest limitation for me was customization. As a museum, we often wanted the registration experience to feel more connected to our institution and individual programs, and there were times when Eventbrite felt a little restrictive in how much we could customize the registration page and participant experience.
