Eventleaf helps businesses to create event websites, record agenda details, sell tickets and packages, create registration forms, track invitations and promote events on social media. With the Eventleaf registration software, users can print event badges, and the software can also pull information directly from passports or a drivers' licenses and create badges on-site. We had been using a competitor's product for the previous 3 months and needed a system with more flexibility and a focus on a smooth on-site check-in process. I imported our online registrations into Eventleaf and we used their amazing mobile check-in app to provide a registration experience that was a pleasant experience for our attendees and our conference staff! For this reason, alone Eventleaf saved our conference! #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 5/5 - Value for money: 5/5 - Customer support: 4/5 - Functionality: 5/5 #### Pros Eventleaf gave me the ability to completely offload the parts of conference planning I always dread. The most arduous tasks (collecting exhibitor profiles, updating speaker biographies, and changing the conference agenda) are automatically managed by the system. And the result is a beautiful and engaging conference web site and a companion mobile app that are always in sync. I will never create my own conference web site again! #### Cons If I had one complaint about Eventleaf, it would be regarding the lack of documentation. Although there are a few good videos we used for end-user training on specific features (e.g. the QR code badge scanner app), the software needs a comprehensive training manual for the event planner. I would also love it if the Sponsor management system worked like the exhibitor/speaker management system that is now in place. Ideally, it would be wonderful to have an end-to-end experience where the customer goes from purchase to profile upload and their information automatically appears on the exhibitor/sponsor page when the planner approves the purchase. #### Reasons for choosing Eventleaf Eventleaf offers the best experience for a conference planner to quickly and easily hit the ground running. The web-mobile experience integration is amazing and the system is packed with so many "gee whiz" innovations that make the software easy to use (and even fun)! #### Reasons for switching to Eventleaf We moved our on-site registration to Eventleaf because the super-fast check-in process and the ability to easily add on-site upsell products (like adding more vendors to a booth or purchasing extra tickets for our awards banquet). The interface is intuitive, and I was able to upload my attendee list (created from our company-created event site) and customize badges quickly. I have used a couple of other event management and registration systems, including one of the major ones in the event industry (you know who I'm talking about). While I do like those options, it's great to have the option to work on the fly for my smaller events without all the fuss. I also appreciate that it works smoothly with the iPad and Zebra printer rented from Choose2rent. Plus, the sales team and support staff have been great. Fully integrated into the system. #### Cons I sometimes am looking for a little more detailed reporting options. It is not always intuitive when building a survey or form, and there is a little bit of a learning curve.
