Eventzilla is a cloud-based event management solution that enables businesses of all sizes to create an event page, send email invitations and collect payments online. The solution can also be accessed through mobile apps available for Android and iOS devices. Eventzilla can be used for festivals, conferences, fundraising events, concerts, classes, networking activities, sports and many more.
Eventzilla enables event managers to create customized event registration questions to collect attendee information such as company name, designation and food preferences. Users can also create discount codes and offer special pricing to repeat customers. Attendees can use the mobile check-in feature, which enables users to scan QR codes.
Eventzilla offers other features including social-media promotion, on-site ticket sales, attendee-list export, badge creation, private-event management and many more. The solution also offers a knowledge base which helps new users create and manage an event.

Eventzilla makes it easy to create events and customize how I want my event page to look like.
It has a simple interface, making it easy for attendees to register for events.
I am also able to send messages to my attendees all at once.
I have had trouble paying for event tickets in time past on Eventzilla. Apart from the issues with payment , Eventzilla does a good job in every other area.

Free service for free events and only per attendee for with paid events. I love that i can customize the event page to fit our branding needs. The mobile app is fabulous.
Creating tickets at time can be a bit cumbersome, would like a better automated message that goes out to attendees.

Eventzilla is easy to use and has great design for no cost. I created a website for an event I planned and was able to make it look the way I wanted in order to attract the right attendees.
At times, it was difficult to find the list of attendees who had signed up for the event. I didn't see much of a help function, either.

It had all the features I was looking for and seemed easier to use than Eventbrite (which I have used before).
There's nothing I didn't like! There's a few features that aren't available on the 'free' events part of the site, but work quite well on the paid events.

This software is excellent for our purpose. Easy to edit, delete, clone, do attendance. The mobile app is excellent. I have had no changes that I could not figure out. It is very user friendly!

It gave us a free and relatively easy way to register workshop attendees for the free library workshops we offer hospital staff, students, and volunteers.
I like how it can be integrated into your own website. I like that it is free (mostly) if you don't charge for the event.
I wish we could customize it more without paying the extra price. I would particularly like to be able to customize the confirmation/reminder e-mails to add the venue room number and change the contact name. Some users claim they are not getting the reminder e-mails.

The configuration of the welcome page was good and that the attendees do not need to create an account.
Capturing question is everything but ideal, and is currently the showstopper for more.
I wanted a rather simple setup:
- Will you come alone or will you bring your spouse
- Will you use the bus offered to and from the location and how many will join the bus
- Any special meals your or your spouse required
- I/we will not join but still let you know that I'm not coming
Therefore I made a selection for 1 or 2 tickets. But since all questions are populated to both tickets, everything thereafter is just a mess to cleanup. And double registration is not prevented.

It loads quickly and I can find what I need quickly. The download excel helped a great deal when I was compiling registration lists.
I wasn't able to speak to a live person. It was difficult to keep the lists at the qty levels I wanted. Example, 100 kept shifting back to 10.

Quick payments with the build in WePay (??) weekly ... the unlimited discount codes, and tracking. This allowed me to easily pay the affiliate income that I offered other promoters.
I would like to see more `themes' or `templates' available for the event site itself.
I was confused on the math for your conversion I percentage. It was much lower than the system was showing. I sold 27 tickets with 2700 visits, which is 1%, not 2.5% ...

The fact that our conference delegates could input all of their own information, which meant less error at our end by manually entering.
That I cannot delete or cancel one ticket within a group of tickets selected by one purchaser. Some of the searching was a little difficult also, along with the ability to change the automated message that our delegates received.

I can't seem to figure out the time zone for the ending time of ticket sales and I seem to have trouble updating hastages when I copy and event to use it for a new one.
