  • Great integration with mobile and tablet devices and a great feature set that doesn't leave anything out, including selling merchandise and memberships.
  • The user friendliness is what I value most about VBO. It is extremely easy to use and to problem solve with.
  • Cons

  • After selling well over 30,000 tickets a year the number of complaints from users or ticket buyers have been able to be counted on two hands.
  • Onboarding was a bit difficult as there was limited formal training.
