The experience has been good so far. If you could address the following challenges, it would be great: The application would benefit from streamlining processes. 1. When using the mobile/tablet app during an event, there is a filter for confirmed only on the Guest Facesheet section not on the Guest List section. So we have to physically type "confirmed" to see those who are confirmed. If the event is really large, it benefits us to have a filter for confirmed and checked-in so the search feature can be used only to type names. If we have to waste the search function by typing "confirmed," then we have to scroll to look for someone and if the event is really large or if we don't have last names, it's really time consuming to locate someone (and we don't use a Facesheet for such large events). 2. Much like the memory function for photos, it would be wonderful if the memory function could work for some fields. We currently have to re-type the Organization field for each event to populate on the Facesheet each time even when someone is a repeat guest. 3. The Relationships function in the guest profiles don't seem to have much functionality when it comes to seeing the guest list and facesheet. 4. The commas being added to the Facesheet are great and obviously needed, but I think the only reason people wanted this is because there was no way to sort by Last Name then First Name and showing the name formatted normally as First Name then Last Name on the Facesheet. If you could add the feature to be able to sort by Last Name then First Name but still be able to see the First Name first then Last Name that would be amazing. 5. Sometimes when working on the All Guests list in the web application prior to the event, when saving, the list platform does not return you back to the same place you were. Sometimes it returns you to the specific Guest List where that profile is that you were editing. We don't want that. We want to return back to All Guests. I like how easy it is to import/export guest list information and to capture information about dietary/access reqs. Also the check-in feature is very easy to use, and makes greeting people very smooth with a minimum of fuss/button pressing. Our account syncs up really well between devices which means during busy events it's easy to keep track of who has arrived and how many etc. I like that you can search guests by their name/surname or email, makes it very easy to use alongside our other databases. #### Cons A couple of (hopefully) helpful suggestions: It's not always that easy to paste copy into text box when making a communication, and sometimes it's difficult to change the font. It would also be great if there were more fonts available, particularly Aptos, to be more compatible with Word or other programmes. Also I think earlier in the year the functionality of the test email changed, so that any form confirmations would actually be sent to the test user even if the email used was not theirs. This led to some of our donors receiving 'sorry you're not able to join us' emails prior to receiving the invitation to the event. It would have been nice to have been notified in advance that this change would take effect - there was a notification on the site but only after this had taken place. And actually, it would be great if we could test the functionality of form responses without an email being sent out, as before. It's important for my guests that their companions' names also figure on the printed seating list. This, however, is not possible currently. ("Relationships" does cover this issue for me, as I don't want to have to invite their partner seperatedly.) 2. If I want to print the seating list in A2, the text doesn't scale up; I just get more white on the page. I would love to be able to scale up the text on the seating list so it fits A2. 3. When making the seating plan, I sometimes need to seperate couples so they are not sitting beside each other, and this is not currently possible. I don't want to be forced to use Zkipster's table etiquette over our own. 4. I had to be logged in 3 ipads (that were all mine) but were set in different places physically and this did not work, so I had to be running around the place.. The level of tracking provided when sending out invitations and event reminders provides us with great data on exactly who will be at our event, and once the event starts, who really showed up. The ability to customize the invitations to our own branding has been crucial in making sure that our guests have a strong impression of our brand before, during and after the event. Beyond the software itself, the support team is the best I've seen. The online chat function (shoutout to [SENSITIVE CONTENT]!) is highly responsive and always helpful in finding a solution that works best for US. In the very rare case that a solution can't be found via a discussion with the online chat, their [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has always been there to take care of things. Their commitment to customer service is why I will remain a client as long as I'm able and why I'd be happy to recommend it to anyone else looking to plan and execute first-class events. #### Cons The only downside that I can think of is that the software is a little slow to check people in, creating bottlenecks at the busiest parts of our event. #### Vendor response Nick, thank you for taking the time to leave such positive and detailed feedback. Being able to whitelist domain names so guests receive it from your company is great. And being easily able to check who's RSVPD, who hasn't open their email can allow for easy follow up. Also adding in guests at an event is really easy to capture their data in case you forgot their details. The customer service is incredible, the live chat function is really easy and they are so responsive! Love working with the [SENSITIVE CONTENT] , [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and the Zkipster crew! #### Cons It would be great if there were a few more design functions but I'm not sure if that's in the next tier up but using our company font would be great. As well as some of the formatting in the invitation, the format sizes are a little tricky and sometimes for aesthetically pleasing formatting it can be hard to do. I also wish that when sending out invitations the jpeg element of the invite was visible, rather than the recipient having to select download image. I'm not sure if that's a Zkipster design or a software (outlook) thing. #### Vendor response Aisha, thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a detailed and positive review. You're right that you would be able to use your custom company font & have more opportunities to customize your emails with our Enterprise plan. However we did carefully select our default fonts with the deliverability of clients' emails in mind: non web-safe fonts can cause emails to be marked as Spam by guests' email providers. You're also right about the jpeg images within emails having to be downloaded: it is an issue with Outlook, which is configured to block automatic picture downloads from the internet by default. As such there sadly isn't much we can do about it, but zkipster is optimized to achieve the best possible rendering across all browsers & platforms to minimize it.
