The Weblink is clunky looking, though out customers like it. Its really frustrating that you cannot see customer invoices and orders in one place.

I really enjoy most how self-explanatory the tabs are and there is not much questioning. Understanding what one needs is simple, clear and useful.

Currently the only thing is the lack of a API integration and sometimes there is a lag when its large amount of data to be exported but that is to be expected.

Some of the search button/boxes are difficult to find.

Having options in reporting is great. Great software with many levels of usage.

I tried with various other softwares but this one stood out in terms of ease of use. The options needed were right there.

It is easy to use and to learn all features/hotkeys.

While Pinterest seemed like the perfect place, the upload process was clunky, there are ads all over the place, and the default setting is to be public.

The software is very easy to use and does what it is supposed to near perfectly. It has a lot of features you would not expect, like the excellent browser extension companion.

I've had problems with not saving one image or another, but this is rare. I have no negative complaints about Eagle.

I guess a downside to this would be its confusing at times in depth settings.

The major downside with Eagle is that media files need to be imported to the Eagle library.

What really sold us was the very good price and uncomplicated way in which users can access the same library. Never has organising images and other assetts been so quick, effective and fun.

The User Interface is top-notch, it feels good to save, protect and organize my personal data with Eagle.

The only downside is the lack of support and responsiveness in English. I have written to them a few times, but never got a response.

It was also very helpful that all file types I was using were supported out of the box.

The search functionality make it a lot easier to tag and find the images. Added browser extension work flawlessly and make it easier to manage and save new assets.
