Perenso Overview

It has been a pleasure to work with [sensitive content hidden] and the team over the last 4 years within my role. Perenso is one of the best ordering and field management systems we have worked with.

PROS

iPad user interface is excellent. Reliability of Perenso. Not many down times reported. Digital asset capability. Video / TVC capability. Multiple Deal structure flexibility. Order and sales history by Store.

CONS

Better Photo Galary required with more usable reporting outputs. More improvements required for True live Route Tracking using live traffic data. Survey question flexibility. Reporting output improvement required. Compliance reports with before and after photos by store and activity to demonstrate more accurate ROI. Back end Management runs very slow updating deals within the system.

Great CRM

PROS

Simple, user friendly, intuitive, quick, efficient, safe, stage, reliable to use. The most suitable tailored customised CRM for pharmacy field sales channel. Reasonable cost comparing to other CRMs in the market, great value. Exceptional customer support! [sensitive content hidden] is our account manager, who is so very knowledgeable, professional, kind, always ready to help, providing training session, generating ideas, and so on. As administrator of CRM, I highly recommend Perenso. Also from the field teams feedback, users love it as well.

CONS

So far so good, just little things, nothing major, if the live report viewer can include some live dashboard function, or can build report freely, without analytic license, would be even better. The current report viewer is still great.

Perenso App Solution

We have been using Perenso for over 3 years. During this time we have seen the product evolve from the standard on premise solution to a sophisticated cloud based system that caters to complex business requirements. The iPad version released last year was a major leap Perenso and has greatly assisted us driving productivity an mobility within our field sales team. We are looking forward to using their cloud offering.

Perenso Administrator

The Perenso team are exceptional. They are always willing to find a solution to any problem or request we may throw at them.

PROS

The ease and simplicity of placing orders, appts and viewing documents for the field team is a standout. The way the Perenso platform can adapt to our needs which can be quite intricate, is outstanding.

CONS

There may be a couple of minor faults within the admin system but nothing that impacts the daily use of the way our field team need to use it.

Great software w/advanced features

We have worked with several different order entry software programs for live entry of orders and deals at trade shows. Perenso’s software and capabilities are exceptional. The program is user-friendly, and it has a wide-variety of features that can be incorporated to maximize the ROI of the show, for the hosting company and the exhibitors. Two of my favorite features are the ability to correct items/prices/deals during the show and the reporting analytics. As an exhibitor, these features allow me to insure everything is in the system and correct, without the need for backup paperwork that could get lost and separated from the order. The reports provide me a chance to see my ROI for expenses of exhibiting and allow me to have advance planning on what will need to ship after the show.We loved the capability of this system so much, that we have incorporated it for our own order entry at major industry shows. The Perenso Team is awesome to work with!

PROS

Perenso iPad Mobility Solution empowers our reps and helps drive our growth

We have been using the Perenso systems here for over a decade. They have provided solutions for our pharmacy & grocery/chain store needs that have enabled & empowered our field force, sales & marketing teams. The last few years in particular have seen a big jump in the evolution of their systems and services. The V8 iPad solution is the latest offering and it is in alignment with our field force strategy. The combination of the application and the device allows easier interation with customers in store. Streamlined, real time connections to the database back end allows the funtionality and ease of use inherent in the iPad to be used to it's fullest. We currently use their V8 PC application but we are moving the bulk of our field for to this offering in the next few months. While not as function rich as the PC version yet more are being added with every update. 75% of our field force will use this version alone with no loss of functionality immediately and the rest will follow in 2013.

PROS

Simple to use. Intuitive GUI. Scalable. Customisable. Ongoing updates and support. Only full featured consumer pharmacy solution on the market. Powerful field force tool deployed on the most popular mobility tool. Powerful admin/backend. allows for in-depth reporting and on the fly workflow creation. Well aligned with grocery/merchandising/chain store requirements

CONS

System is currently in it's infancy and doesn't yet support the same features as its PC counterpart. Currently online only, drops out when phone coverage is lost. Has some limitations forced upon it by IOS programming drawbacks. Limeted tools for managers currently. Limited functionality for clinics/Gp's hospitals.

Perenso works for us!

PROS

Customer support during our set up stage have been nothing less than exemplary in their efforts to get us transitioned from our old system. Learning the features has made dealing with customer orders an easy task.

CONS

Some of the functionality is a little cumbersome such as selecting the date of next sales calls.

We have been able to digitize our data collection and reduce time taken in the field to do so. This has then allowed us to generate reports with greater accuracy and timeliness for our key trading partners and brand owners.

PROS

For our business, we find the Perenso system as an easy to use / user friendly package. We find the offline data collection as strong benefit for us, where internet connectivity and telecommunications coverage can be varying at the best of times.

CONS

There are no parts of the Perenso package we find not of use to our business.

Easy to use solution

Highly recommend Perenso and V8 for iPad. The initial discussions with their sales team made me feel comfortable that we were on the right track. We felt they spoke our language and understood the needs of an Over The Counter (OTC) Pharmaceutical company. Since going live the ongoing support we have been provided has been comprehensive and thorough.

PROS

Our current release provides our reps with an electronic interface with the wholesalers, as well as providing them IMS Data Sales History related to each account they are calling on. We will be launching Phase 2 at our upcoming sales conference, which will provide them with comprehensive workflows and daily task management. So far we have been very happy with Perenso V8 for iPad. It has provided our sales team with an easy to use stepping stone into the world of tablet CRM. This is something new to our company, so it had to be user friendly in order to gain maximum buy in from the sales team.

CONS

Based on the fact that our CRM roll out is in 2 stages, and that stage 2 is a more comprehensive release my only real con is that we have reduced functionality at present. In saying that, the functionality that we are expecting to roll out will suit the needs of our sales team perfectly.

Perenso App solution

Would highly recommend both Perenso and the software solution that was provided.

PROS

Broo Ltd embarked on a new offering into the Beer market in Australia, the first Beer Franchise in the world. Part of this offering we required a software solution for franchisees to be able to manage their customers, stock, sales, basically manage their entire business. Perenso provided a solution that does exactly that, it is an unbelievable CRM tool and provides us with up to date information and opportunity to print detailed reports. The support provided by Perenso is second to none and have been readily available during the introduction and rollout of the Broo App.

Easy to use and adminster Perenso

We have a large product portfolio with a complexity of trading terms and deals, Perenso allows to control, maintain and adminster all of this in an environment away from our main system that does not provide the level of flexiability we require in our fast changing business. We have had some customized work done in the back end to suit our way of doing business and the team at Perenso have been able to do most things in a timely manner.

Perenso enabling Field Team mobility

Perenso is a feature full application with great support. The new iPad app has a nice UI and a great, flexible back end. Love the new Manager view too (for viewing diary entries and orders).
