Super easy to use for me and my clients. Everyone has been super impressed with how easy it is to use.

Wish I could do text reminders, even at the lowest plan. Emails sometimes tend to get lost or ignored.

When a patient cancels, there is only one alert and completely disappears from the calendar without warning.

Backend interface is a bit chaotic and complicated to get used to. Mailchimp integration does not work with GDPR.

So far, it has been a great experience. AS was recommended by a business coach I'm working with, and I've been very pleased.

It has a horrible appearance and is hard to follow sometimes. Appears very unorganized and jumbled.

They got back to me when I reached out to customer service and that really made me feel like I could highly recommend this service along with the positive experience I have had using the platform.

That you lose how it looks , when you don’t pay even if you pay on time , if you miss a payment everything is gone , until you pay again.

I like that you can sell packages and my desired package has availability for 6 employees. The Stripe integration is useful and it is easy for students to schedule a lesson.

Fairly easy to use, customer service great, clever comments make me smile, integration with existing business processes good.

I love how easy it was to create everything I needed. Although I am only using the free version, for now, it has almost everything that I want in it and it has been amazing playing around with it.

I love that Acuity is very robust and allows you to customize responses when a client/customer books with you. I also love that integrates with Instagram and Facebook for ease of booking.

If something is changed on my system, I have to sometimes update Acuity. I had some significant problems with Microsoft that temporarily derailed  Acuity.

It has a very fresh and modern UX, i love the styling. It's a good priced product and easy to set up.

My overall experience is good with Acuity. The software helps me know that my clients are in good hands when it comes to booking with me.

Support is efficient, the app is efficient and well secured. It is easy to keep tracks on payment notes, payment delays are quicker than in physical banks and the whole solution is very hepful.

Among many great thngs, I do love how simple it is to open new bank accounts for the same user account.

The easy way to use it and the integration with Holded.

They apologize but the only solution is to reconstruct everything and pay an additional external service. Ridiculously irrespectful and costly.

I choose banking as a service to save money; I have a digital company, I minimize my costs and Qonto is a great answer to my needs.

No respect for consumers. The worst experience in my entrepreneur life.

The only thing I regret is that is impossible to sync Qonto with eshops (Woocommerce & co) or to edit payment links without using another solution.
