Brex’s algorithm had a little trouble setting our company spending limit so our cards would get declined for a bit.

Brex is super easy to use and has a great support team.

Great dashboards, transparent text messages whenever a transaction is made, good integration with accounting software and great customer support.

For life science companies there are additional discounts they secure from major vendors.

The main reason I gave a 4/5 for overall quality is a current lack of general ledger integrations.

Managing cash flow is a daily task, even with our customer base and revenues increasing at an astronomical rate. Brex knows that we are a terrific credit risk and allows us to grow even faster.

Their customer service team is easy to communicate with, friendly, and efficient at resolving any questions that arise. I love the tracking through texts.

As a life sciences company, getting points back for expensive pieces of equipment is amazing. Equipment purchasing leads to free flights.

I can charge the card and will get a notification text, we can set budgets, get a new card when one expires, the platform is very user friendly. Just overall a great card and platform to use.

The reason why i like them is they give us a high limit right away and the ability to extend payments by 60 days will be a game changer for the growth of our business.

I had trouble using this with Firefox initially (not sure where the breakdown was). I have since switched to Chrome and Safari browser and the usage is flawless.

It was easy to set up an account. The customer support was friendly while I was opening the Brex account.

The tail end of receipt matching failures are annoying to deal with.

I haven't found anything about Brex that I don't like yet.

Brex has been an amazing company for our corporate credit cards. Their software is intuitive, customer service outstanding and rewards program is amazing.

Overall my experience with Brex has been great. When Ive needed to customer support they have always been attentive and solve any issues i was having and like I said above it is so easy to use.

As for the online portal, it is quite intuitive and user friendly. I like that there is both a physical card and also an online card.

I love that fact that when I make a purchase I get that chance to screenshot my receipt immediately after.

The virtual cards are a nice option for users with subscriptions like central G&A.

It was very easy to set up and has been a great resource to amplify our working capital needs.

The credit card seemed like it had great rewards which was a big reason why I chose Brex. Customer service was responsive but not very helpful via chat.

So easy to get started, easy to get cards added and the immediate use of the cards is ideal. It's great that we don't have to use our founder's personal credit anymore and can build company credit.

Great business credit card for startups and beyond. Very good expense reporting/tracking and perks.

The quickbooks transfer material crash often. The website needs to be looked at for UX and performance since you're playing with my money; I want speed and accuracy.

They have great loyalty programs too and are constantly improving the product.

It does basic things that no one else does. For example it makes it super easy to give a card to a coworker and has good perks too.

I like the expensify integration. I also like that it offers flights and hotels.

Clean intuitive website. Solid travel booking system, impactful rewards (we get 3% back on lab supplies, a major expense) and a huge number of perks with other startup friendly companies.

No headaches, super friendly, and just downright easy. Gone are the days of using my personal card then filling out a complicated report and waiting for a reimbursement.

The scalability and segmentation of our marketing materials is huge for us as we continue to grow. The UI is clean and easy to use and constant enhancements gives me peace about our 3-year contract.

While I appreciate each of the current features, what I value most about Total Expert is that they are always innovating and creating ways to add more value to the platform.

Once you figure out how to use it, you can create very professional marketing pieces with just a few clicks. This is the most outstanding aspect of it.

As of right now, I have yet to have a negative experience with the platform.

It takes forever to figure something out and then figure out the shortcuts. It does provide some great materials once you do figure it out.

The Total Expert software seems to lack a few capabilities that would seem to be standard in this type of CRM.

Having been an admin for several CRMs, I find Total Expert the most intuitive and easy for our Loan Officers to learn and adopt into their daily routines.

It's integrated with BombBomb which we like. Other than seeing the open rate of our BombBomb videos, we haven't found much use for Total Expert.

While this is not a comment about the actual software, the Integration team and the customer support are what really make this product so great.

I like the ease of use of this product, and the clean design.

As for the actual product, it has a clean look and one you know your way around the product it is easy to navigate and use.

I appreciate the responsiveness of the team and the ability to provide solutions or be willing to entertain any solutions presented to them.

We can easily manage many accounts as an administrator and we have access to many great features. Email campaigns are my most frequently used feature and it is very helpful.

The user interface is  difficult for our sales team and RE agents to learn. They say that there are too many steps.

I work out of this platform 75% of every day, so I find every error in the system. Some days I find that every tab I open has some sort of error that I need to address with support.

The technology is still lagging behind a few other competitors, and the turnaround on long-term integrations can be very slow.

Overall, we have had a fantastic experience with the system. Our customer service rep Allison, is our Champion.

There are too many steps for creating a social post. It is way too difficult and confusing for our LO's.

It does not support any front end lead management.

Total Expert has multiple forms of support including the chat function, help videos, guides and help desk. This shows how much they care about YOUR success.

Total expert was easy to begin with. They are an ever growing company that each week has a new advancement on our industry.

Overall, It is a very prospective software with great possibilities. I am loving this software for our company because it is bringing great outcomes for our company.
