At times there are companies listed that have little to no information. I wish they would manage the clients to avoid going through empty profiles.

Trade payment history is the most useful as i can quickly see if the customer pays their other vendors.

Enjoy mutual benefit of also being a trade partner to allow for greater data tools and logo displaying that we report to D&B to encourage prompt payment.

Useful information can be generated in a short amount of time. The graphics and credit recommendations are super helpful and intuitive.

Apart from the accounts that are missing data or not reporting any data, it provides me with what is needed to be more aware of certain business accounts and flag them on my end for high risk.

And also, sometimes the investigation is done, but it takes several days to update the profile, which makes it even more confusing.

I like the ease of reporting and the ability to have applications auto approved.

It doesn't alert me when my session is about to end.

It is very useful in evaluating suppliers financially. It is very trustworthy and even helps in gaining confidence from your customers.

I like the ease and look of D&B Finance Analytics. The system is easy to use and learn.

The integrated dialer and the way records collect data from the various products are great. Super helpful support too.

Overall the support staff is very responsive and the system is very stable. The CRM tool is extremely customizable and should fit any and all needs.

There isn't too much we don't like. I cant even think of any at the moment.

The template set up and the sent emails may or may not show up in our sent files. Transferring data from emails into the leads is a bit difficult if possible at all.
