Exceptional customer support
[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] all three are very supportive and quick to respond. They are always able to find a way out. The team is more focused on improving the product instead of generating revenue which is a big plus. Wish you all the best Deliforce team!
PROS1) Works well with minimal back office interaction such as pre selected task pricing, favourite addresses etc. 2) Merchant can preview the delivery cost even before placing an order 3) Easy to use web browser 4) End customer search option using phone number 5) Google maps distance instead of actual distance travelled (this saves our lot of operational time and cost)

CONS- Some times you need to clean cache from the website - The App for the cellphone is sometime heavy for some low rage smartphones.

very good software package
being able to see the job progress online and real time tracking, delivery app makes so easy for courier boys to find exact location and smart route always tells what to do next
