Sometimes I need to draw work flow diagrams and draw.io helps me. Ease of use and quality outputs are important features of it.

Mind maps are a very good way to organize your thoughts. The best part of draw.io allows you to make simple to comprehensive maps.

I like it that you can save your projects on Google Drive and it's a powerful tool you can use straight from your browser.

Very useful diagram software at a great price (FREE).

I have been using draw.io for years and whenever I even think about trying a new software just because its new on the market, I regret it as it never meets the full potential that draw.io already has.

Not in every way, but it's a more than capable program. Draw.io has a wonderful support team that is dedicated to making a capable product that can rival a giant like Visio.

Also now this can be used as a native application on several platforms. It has the ability to integrate 3rd party application (which I haven't used till now) which is very appealing.

Arrows turn into weird direction when you try to connect different elements. This is the biggest and only flaw I experienced on this site.

The best thing was the ease of use and quick startup as well as it's integration in with Google Drive to make it seamless to work with others.

This is a great piece of software that I recommend for anyone needing to create useful diagrams.

I love the grid lines because they make it easier to make drawings and measure spacing for better organization. It backs up the work on the cloud making it accessible on multiple devices.

If there is an error with Goodgle Drive, then draw.io is out of our reach, which can be very inconvenient if we need access to our charts.

I love how easy this software makes it to make flowcharts. I also like how clean and professional they look.

It is the perfect tool to create simple flow charts to illustrate your points or take notes. Very easy to learn and use and very straightforward.

Very good for basic things. Easy to use and can share and save work in google drive.

When you work with big drawings sometimes there is render error and elements are not in same place. The problem disappears when you zoom in.

It seems good for what it's actually for. Making charts is easy and sometimes even fun.

There are some problems in the exporting feature and sometimes the arrows' layout have problems and appear in astrange manner.

Draw.io has been a great addition to my toolbox. I love the simple to use palette and the wide variety of formatting and arranging options that are available.

It has great, desktop-like user experience with lots of features and custom shapes. It supports export to different formats and can use cloud-based storage as well.

Drow.io is a wonderful service for making diagrams, it has all popular elements/options for creating good visualization.

Overall a good experience, easy to pickup. Customer service response however is poor.

I love that the web app is very simple to use and practically has all the prerequisite one needs to create diagrams plus it gives output in multiple formats including SVG which is a good thing.

Also I love that it can be integrated with confluence, thank you for this.

I used it a lot for my papers. It has the best pricing compared to all its competitors and definitely provides the best value.

As easy as Visio to use and the free version has all of the functions we need so a good quality cost saving.

Darw.io is a very nice app for the drawing diagrams, very quick and easy to use. The ability to export diagrams is very useful.

The bad part is that I didn't find a way to export my files other than XML.

You can piece together your diagrams and chart like a Lego. It's easy, even for someone who is not very good with visuals.

Good tool in the price range to collaborate on collectively and deliver great results. Easy to integrate on the cloud and can be shared as a Google document as well as edited within the shared file.

Free means everyone can join in and contribute and share. Excellent for community projects.

The best feature about this software is it's ability to integrate with all the major cloud platforms and it's incredible user experience.

Whimsical is a versatile, easy-to-use platform, we use it a lot for ideation across remote teams and workers. Customer Support is brilliant.

Before Whimsical, I was struggling to switch between 3 different software and documents just to create, collab, and present UX deliverables.

I am able to strategize and evolve my ideas within Whimsical and present them back to my team with ease. There's really nothing it can't do, its just a fantastic tool.

It's great that you can share and collaborate with others easily on the board, and the boards appear to be pretty infinite.

There are some really small but hyper annoying nuisances. The text options are way too small.

Creating wireframes, mockups and prototypes is so easy. I spend most of my time creating mockups – it’s easy and effortlessly.

The icing on the cake which is how I found out about it is that this integrates well with Notion so now I can embed the tools I create into Notion and manage it all there.

I am very satisfied with Whimsical, it does and helps you complete your goals, it's not frustrating and the simplicity of the software functionality is pretty awesome.

Whimsical is great for quick and spontaneous design thinking workshops and allows to facilitators to easily manage a team, to e.g. give recommendations or monitor progress.

Also love that you can copy and paste elements from different file types into one another. It's so fluid and intuitive.

Creating mind maps, charts, and the like is a visual exercise -Whimsical has designed something so beautiful that it gets the creative juices flowing.

It can be used on the web, it is easy to learn and has a very good usability. The flowcharts and mind mappings can be done in very few steps.

Make putting together flows quick and easy and best of all easy to change after you've already laid it out.

It's a best software I met to make any diagram or mind map super fast using it's tools and share with others.

Using Whimsical is delightful since it helps in focussing on wireframes while also creating work that can be easily shared with clients.

Being browser based, its biggest downside is slowing down the computer. It crashes every now and then.

Fast and easy to use to create basic wireframes. Integrated icon library useful to make it even faster to create clear wireframes.

Not to mention the tools are pretty straightforward so I'm less likely to overthink and just focus on making design ideas tangible.

The software looks very clean and polished with easy navigation and controls everything works well. You have most of the tools for project management in 1 software.

The design customization options are extremely limited and sometimes inconsistent. You only get a few color options and some things have even fewer.

I find it easily is offset by my earnings. The customer support is also very responsive and friendly.

Overall I am very satisfied with this app, it's very useful to me, It has simple UI and easy to use.

As part of the UX team, Whimsical helped us tremendously in visually capturing our user experience needs and diagramming our apps and websites more effectively.

If you use Notion is very well integrated with it which is what originally sold me on it.

What I like the most is the Time Machine features, I hope they will release the stable version soon and maybe release a desktop app in the future.

Whimsical is perfect for creating quick boards and wireframes for user interfaces. It's very good for beginners and those looking to get an idea across quickly.

This has been a pleasant surprise it's beautiful, it's easy especially for a guy that's not from an engineering or project management background, and it just works really well.

It's troublesome if I wanted to open another board in a new tab when I'm inside a project board.
