We use it across so many organzational processes. It makes things so easy and managable. #### Cons Not so much a cognito issue, but people expect things to be automatic. They still have to do their jobs. I mean as soon as you hit submit on the abuse report I received an automated email stating my form was shut down due to a violation. I know because I tested it out. What about some child playing around on your site or a competitor even. They also won't let you collect credit card info unless you are using their payment processors. Talk about monopoly. I find this platform to be a strong value for the money. I use it for basic data collection to collection of payments, contracts and signing, and more complicated workflows. It works for internal staff users, such as HR processes, as well as with external data collection. It is very easy to learn to use and navigate. I love the security feature provides encryption, secure document uploads, ability to restrict who can access forms and submissions. Forms can be connected to payments processors. Compared to other systems I feel cognate is the most affordable. It can be used as a lead capture tool. #### Cons It isnt a true CRM. It only capture the lead. Lead follow up is limited. It can't be used for client communication. I own a tax business so for me that is basically the only con I have of having to use another system as a CRM.
