We search and tried many form providers that would only have a few of the features we were looking for and not others. Cognito has it all and operates really well. So far it is solving problems that we've had with other form providers. We especially like that payments can be integrated, syncs well with other tools, and that you can put limits on selections. Nothing crazy or super hard to figure out but still takes a little extra time to understand. I'm happy to deal with it, in exchange for all of the capabilities. One other suggestion would be to have it where it can sync to custom and other properties in HubSpot, not just contact properties.
