We use it across so many organzational processes. It makes things so easy and managable. #### Cons Not so much a cognito issue, but people expect things to be automatic. They still have to do their jobs. The drag-and-drop form builder makes creating professional forms incredibly simple, even for users with little or no technical experience. I can quickly add, rearrange, and customize fields without needing to write any code, which saves a significant amount of time. The interface is clean, responsive, and easy to navigate, making the entire form-building process enjoyable. Whether I'm creating registration forms, surveys, or data collection forms, Cognito Forms provides the flexibility I need while keeping everything straightforward. It has become one of my preferred form-building platforms because it allows me to build polished, functional forms quickly and efficiently. #### Cons The only downside I've experienced with Cognito Forms has been the price increases over time. While I understand that software companies need to adjust pricing as they continue to improve their products and add new features, it was still a bit disappointing to see the cost go up. That said, the quality of the platform, its intuitive drag-and-drop builder, and the time it saves me make it well worth the investment. Despite the higher price, I continue to use and happily pay for the service because I haven't found another form builder that offers the same combination of ease of use, flexibility, and reliability. I mean as soon as you hit submit on the abuse report I received an automated email stating my form was shut down due to a violation. I know because I tested it out. What about some child playing around on your site or a competitor even. They also won't let you collect credit card info unless you are using their payment processors. Talk about monopoly. Great experience! We search and tried many form providers that would only have a few of the features we were looking for and not others. Cognito has it all and operates really well. So far it is solving problems that we've had with other form providers. We especially like that payments can be integrated, syncs well with other tools, and that you can put limits on selections. It's organized and easy to use and see your submissions. #### Cons Some of the options when setting it up aren't explained well or intuitive. Nothing crazy or super hard to figure out but still takes a little extra time to understand. I'm happy to deal with it, in exchange for all of the capabilities. One other suggestion would be to have it where it can sync to custom and other properties in HubSpot, not just contact properties. #### Reasons for choosing Cognito Forms We use it for other things, but it seems limited and I've not found it reliable syncing to other platforms. #### Reasons for switching to Cognito Forms Their set up was terrible, not intuitive at all and couldn't see the submissions in a reasonable way.
