PlayerLync will do their best to help customize the app to suit the needs of your company. They are always quick to respond and will help with any issues.

It is a little difficult to find something while scrolling due to the amount of content we have.

We don't have a ton of training hours and we needed a solution that would allow us to train new team members quickly. PlayerLync offers a very easy and seamless experience for our end users.

Great software that helps us each and every day to improve our customer service.

I think a few bugs could be worked out but other than that I like the tool.

We have explored various options for best way to use playerlync to best benefit our franchise locations, and  have gotten a ton of support while going through everything.

The downside of the product seem to stem from PlayerLync being a relatively new business developing and honing the product at a rate that tries to keep pace with demand.

Will allow the user to download when on WiFi all the updated knowledge base training and videos.

The software is easy to use, and can be deployed on a number of mediums. We are able to customize forms that we use in our order fulfillment process.

The software is easy to use and very mobile friendly. I like the ease of the system and how it functions with a user that has ever used it before.

Easy mobile access to video accelerates our sales cycle and saves us money.

I haven't had any challenges thus far with the software. Any issues that I have experienced have been addressed/resolved.

Video is a much more effective medium compared to paper collateral, and knowing that our videos play seamlessly on the iPad when presenting to a client is a huge advantage and gives me peace of mind.

Additionally, PlayerLync is saving us a significant amount of money that we were spending on costly print materials.

I can't say enough about how great the support team has been amazing to work with in rolling out PlayerLync in our organization.

We also use the software to create test that enable us to measure knowledge and design content to increase employee development.

I can't really say there is anything we don't like.

Accessability of content for end users and ability to host multiple file types. PDFs, videos, elearns, etc).

Only rarely did this happen, but there are instances of users missing important content because of connectivity issues.

PlayerLync team is very attentive and responsive.

And when we called customer service they usually knew about the problem but never shared it with us until we found out ourselves.

There is currently no API integration between playerlync and our Operations / POS system.

I like to describe it as taking a large portion of the things we love about social media sites, like design, interface, and engagement activities and mashing that up with traditional LMS features.

I love Wisetail because of the LMS's engaging and social features and the company's awesome people.

I like the mobile access to the product and the user interface for my learners. I like how the content presents  and can be helpful for multiple support in operations.

Search is functional, but lacks finesse. Not fully functional on IE8 or below (May be difficult for companies using ancient browsers).

The interface is very intuitive. Service is very caring and professional; you can tell they really want your system to be successful.

I love the product and really appreciate that the improvements are being made.

The support team exemplifies outstanding service, partnership and commitment in helping their clients deliver the best product possible.

Uploading a powerpoint presentation more than a certain size has to be broken down into parts. Not ideal for someone who is downloading a presentation to use for a class.

Other pros: a great customer service team led by a stellar gal, a product development list that is heavily customer driven, and a very responsive company.

I've learned to include them in the design process, being very clear about my desired outcomes, to get what I need out of my courses. They are always happy to help with that.

There are a lot of benefits. I would say the training and support are the best features.

We've been with Wisetail since the very beginning. It's a great company to grow with, and the product is developing at a rapid pace.
