Great implementation experience
Its early days but we have had a really good implementation experience - thank you Charlotte! So far we love the product and its potential as an engagement, performance and development tool.
PROSPerformance management - integrates very well with our existing systems and provides opportunities for us to enhance these further. Employee engagement - enhances our previous "People Matters" newsletter by enabling dynamic information and feedback on the new People Matters feed Objective setting - enables clear line of sight from organisational to individual objectives. Allows setting and reviewing of objectives to be a real time process rather than, artificially, only at review time.
CONSHR Ops - lots of basics missing including inability for employee to review their contractual information, lack of basic attrition/headcount report and no confidential area for manager notes on employee. Org chart is basic and unable to use to drill down levels, unable to create editable templates in platform, no read and accept - work around is a bit clunky. Other areas too which we are told are on the roadmap.

Very taken with concept of tool leading with culture and performance to create an engaging user experience and being able to bespoke to our own processes so still felt familiar to our team.

Look and feel was uninspiring, constant problems in use and reporting.

Staff Circle for Finance Staff
Overall, the experience has been a positive one. The biggest problem we have is user engagement and getting staff to buy in and use the features of it.
PROSI like being able to see and give whole company updates easily. I also like being able to give rewards and see rewards that have been given to my team. I think it is a very useful tool for managing performance and kpi's and performing reviews.
CONSSo far I don't really have anything i dislike about staff circle. Although we do not use all the features currently.

Its ok, used better platforms that are easier to navigate especially for those that are neurodiverse
PROSLooks nice, buttons are easy to click on.
CONSDon't like the way overtime is logged, gets confusing and also doesn't show you in monetary value.

Full circle employee performance and engagement tool, perfect for agile, remote or hybrid businesses
Team are very professional, they adapt their processes according to how we work. The customer success team have been very patient and supportive - we don't have many resources dedicated to HR so they have given us very extensive training and onboarding. The buying experience was very positive, the sales team have a deep understanding of the product and their customers challenges so it was easy to be engaged in the process. I also found StaffCircle's content was especially useful in helping me research performance management and how the tools help to address different workforce challenges.
PROSHR time off is really easy and helps keep track of employees, especially when teams are remote. Communication tools are very targeted - segmenting audiences and channels is very sophisticated. Performance managed is well thought out, it is tailored to how ever you manage employees' performance so you don't have to change your processes to fit the software like a lot of other solutions.
CONSNothing not to like really, all of our users are very happy and we have not had any issues

All good, god training provided too initially.

CONSnot easy when there are 2 managers in one branch to access the same things.

New to staff circle
I liked the fact its user friendly. A lot of senior staff would not be very good with technology and when they use staff circle they find it very easy to use.
CONSthere is no mobile app for staff members to download. This means people without a laptop at home struggle to use this outside of work

Easy to use and quick to deploy
So far, my experience with Staff Circle has been really positive. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] who helped me set up the system has been amazing and every dealing with the team that I have had has been easy and straight forward.
PROSThe system is really easy to set up, implement and deploy.
CONSStaff Circle is still in development and a few functions that I would expect to be there aren't working yet but the team are eager to listen and make the relevant changes.

Staff circle
The ease navigating around the website. Being able to book annual leave is a very useful tool and there are no issues with it

An intuitive and important employee platform
The staff and support have been amazing from day 1. They are attentive to your every need, friendly and relaxed whilst also listening to any areas of development and take your thoughts on board. Very impressive.
PROSI like being able to find majority of what I need in one platform and not have to go to multiple sites to book holiday, have a review, read comms etc. I also like the navigation around the platform and look forward to seeing the new style when we updated the UI.
CONSIt would be helpful to make the communication editor a bit smoother. Easier use of adding in interactive PDF/File/Sites and uploading your own videos from Sharepoint and not just rely on YouTube.

New to Staff Circle
I like that it connects all the team at Life as a lot of us work remotely. I like the celebration of success and recognition of service and effort that is regularly shared. Having a central point for all your administration documents and certificates is really useful and the time off calendar makes it easy to see how much leave you have and it's very straightforward to request leave.
CONSI haven't found anything that I don't really like yet.

Staff Circle is great
Staff Circle is great for communicating with all our staff. The ability to combine text and images means our feeds are interactive and engaging for staff. I love that staff can like and comment on posts. My main contact for Staff Circle is [SENSITIVE CONTENT] He is always available to help with queries and nothing is every too much trouble. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is responsive to emails and sets up regular meetings so we ensure we are getting the best out of the platform. The technical support staff have also been great when I have had problems with users struggling to reset their passwords, they respond quickly and are helpful.
CONSThere is nothing we dislike. I would like to see a live chat feature in the future.

A Nice Easy to Use Platform
As an end user StaffCircle is easy to navigate and make use of. I mainly make use of the HR Resources, Staff Directory and Internal Communications aspect of StaffCircle and have found all of them user friendly and useful. Specifically the Internal Communications feature, although similar results could be achieved with email threads or team channels, StaffCircle presents the information in one easy to find location and allows for greater recognition. A congratulations message about someone's promotion will quickly get lost in a company email but in StaffCircle it is not only set apart from the normal day to day workings of the company but provides a nicer way to recognise talent throughout our company.
CONSAs an end user I don't really see any negatives to StaffCircle, I have not had much experience with similar products on the market so also can't make much of a comparison.

Great Company Engagement
The level of engagement with our staff has been the highest we have ever seen since now we use Staff Circle. It is easy to use for all and everything is all in one place! I would highly recommend this platform.
CONSWould be great to see a personal page where you could share personal photos or updates with your colleagues (such as birthday pics etc)

Working well with staff circle
Staff circle is easy to use and accessible by everyone in the business. It allows for internal interaction, performance reviews and internal communications. With the internal communications, I like the features of being able to interact with posts made. I also like that it can be accessed from my mobile device, so i dont have to go onto my work laptop to access all info i require.
CONSSome features such as booking holiday/ amending holiday can be harder to work with.

Great Platform for Connecting with Colleagues and keeping up to date on all Company news!
Very easy to use with features to support colleagues, leave comments and emojis or make your own content to share with the company. It encourages communication in our company between colleagues, is a great place to access important information documents and we can keep track of all our reviews and objectives in one place.
CONSReally are no downsides I have found so far, other than potentially spending too much time perusing all the updates.

Regular User for HR purposes
My experience so far has been very positive. I have not yet done a full round of the annual reviews but we have our mid-year ones and they were good. The support has been good and i'm interested to se how my company will continue to use this and develop it.
PROSIts a good place for all HR information to be centralized. The bets features are the time off management, performance review process and the options to post on a wall like you would on social media accounts.
CONSWe use this a lot to get information out on directly non-work related things. Such as events, info etc. Sometimes we only get maybe 50% interaction form the company - Would be good if maybe on the email that gets sent round notifying people of a post, it gives them a preview to entice them clicking on to the link, rather than just name of post.

Brilliant!!
Staff circle is an easy to follow platform that allows me to book the time off i need and see when it clashes with others. I feel as though I can access it easily without the need for confusion. I wish all my work platforms were like this! I am able to see what my reviews and objectives are without having to dig deep! I can see my progress and deadlines with ease! I frequently use this platform to keep on track of my tasks and ensuring I am prepared for when anyone is on annual leave. I am Able to offer support to customers at any time due to the information provided!

Really enjoy using this product
Really loving the platform has ticked every box and more, initially set out looking for the ability to communicate with our remote staff, have since incorporated the ability to complete surveys and performance appraisals which has enabled us to consolidate 2 systems into 1 which has made it considerably easier to track and manage.
PROSEasy to use, we have a number of employees who are not particularly “tech savvy” so having a simple system was crucial for us – the user interface was the driver in us onboarding Staffcircle
CONSNothing major to note, with the continuous release of new features it can take some time as admin to master these, however they do provide weekly training webinars for customers which prove invaluable

Great performance tracking and employee engagement software.
StaffCircle helped to set the goals and track all the employee performance. One of the best part is we can customize the dashboard as per our requirement. I would like to recommend to all.
CONSTill now I have not found any type of disadvantages about this software.

Staff circle
Overall it is ok. I have had my issues with staff circle, but updating our team with just a blog is ok. Anything else I am yet to understand.
PROSI like the ease of being able to keep all staff informed in one place, the issue is trying to keep people engaged.
CONSThe features seem a little bit clunky and I am unsure on how all the features are used. It would be good if there were a training platform.
