  • Pros

  • I love how technicians can create quick quotes from estimate templates, show pictures and pricing, good/better/best options and financing and even take payments and signatures on the go.
  • The scheduling and dispatching board and screens are easy to navigate and very helpful.
  • Cons

  • The implementation people just want to rush you in and out and avoid all the problems. The Success managers are too busy to fix any problems and you are stuck fending for yourself.
  • Its just not what I needed for my business and customer service was horrible, multiple transfers stating that I had the wrong department and ended up bei g hung up on.

  • The on-site training up to going live was excellent (Rich fit right in here!) with about 6 days of training and 2 more days of him being onsite while we started using the system.
  • Their response is quick and helpful with friendliness. We have gotten to know some support staff personally and have built friendships due to their genuineness.
  • Cons

  • Unable to manipulate within jobs when need be for billing reasons. Reversing bills is extremely difficult.
  • Having so many options a user could get lost in the system.
