  • Pros

  • Its fast, the card processor is amazing, its easy to use, offers free trial version which is good for testing. Using t om my ipad makes it more fun.
  • It is very useful and great POS for small businesses. It is very easy to handle and easy to use POS.
  • Cons

  • Perhaps the worst aspect to them is the duplicitous way in which they set-up accounts. I was told repeatedly by the salesman what the system would cost for 2 registers.
  • We lost so many sales because of upset customer because they are unable to pay their bill. I would either have to comp their meal or they would just leave because of Bindo's application.

  • Works well, excellent customer support, easy to use once you get used to it, visually very nice, good selection of reports.
  • Paladin is very easy to learn and use, making it a very productive package of useful tools to accomplish the goals and needs of our business.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes the software runs into a glitch where it can be annoying. An example of this is when we scan in certain prescriptions and nothing gets loaded.
  • You have to hit the enter button or use the mouse about 5 times to get to where you want to go. Customers are getting annoyed with it.
