Easy to use, very complete and dynamic. Great tool, platform to take advantage of sales opportunities and business administration.

Often, you must adapt your process to the tool,  not the tool to your process and that's the hardest part of Salesforce implementation. Also, multiple administrators can destroy your organization.

I love the data tracking and the integration with many other software products. I also like the ability to add custom fields and report on those fields.

The one disadvantage is that it's certainly not the easiest system to use, and there's no way the average Jo can set themselves up on it alone.

I dislike the lack of WYSIWYG editor. Formatting is limited, but more importantly, it is a pain to apply much of it.

It's ease of use and dashboard views that you can share across the organization for easier data distribution.

I love that, compared to Salesforce Classic, I can see all of the information about the Prospect or Client that I need all on one page. I don't have to go from one page to another.

It has a powerful analystics system that you can create report easily. Good integration with contacts/entities in Salesforce.

All that aside, it has some nice functionality as a smart device app.

The organization's customer service is top notch - replies to inquiries are often received within hours, and suggestions for functionality improvements are welcomed.

The desktop app nests the sync'd folders very deep and (on the Mac) are hidden files causing further problems for less tech savvy users.

Assigning document reviewers didn’t even require training, it was that intuitive. It’s great, controlled shared space in the healthcare and research industry.

No GANTT chart, no timeline, no time tracking, no dependancies, hard to make quality decisions about upcoming projects based on past projects.

Huddle is user-friendly, and it is very easy to navigate.

For its somewhat dated interface, Huddle has been a great tool for my organization. It allows multiple organizations to collaborate in one place, making document sharing and communication easy.

I like the fact that it is quite easy to use and allows you to keep all your documents well organized. I also think it has a good security system.

Apart from this it helps me to access all the documents and also to set permissions whether a particular person can view or edit the document or not is now completely under my control.
