This is going to be a great thing for us to use to get more out of our business.

How easy it is to navigate, we do not have it up and running yet, but I am very excited to use it.

I tend to be a source for others in our office who have questions about operating SmartGov and trouble shooting.

This is the first permitting software for tracking I have used so my ability to compare to other software is limited. I am overall pleased with what I have learned and my particular process of use.

It is a sad excuse when the sales team doesn't even know who their own customers are.

SmartGov is relatively intuitive, and easily allows me and my department to upload documents for case files. We are moving to mostly digital case files, and SmartGov allows us to store our records.

The customer portal and user interface is significantly more friendly that all other permitting software programs I've used in the past.

Smart Gov has been such a helpful tool in helping shape our codes office and really expand our resources.

Inspections are a little difficult to navigate through.

However, given the demographic of the inspectors, this could be a user error issue. It frequently crashes and we have certain open issues that we haven't had addressed yet by engineering.

Ease of use, customer service, price, implementation.

The software's GIS capacity is currently one limitation that we're encountering.

My main complaint is more to do with the options an AHJ sets in their submittal requirements.

This software is so quick and easy to use that is why I love it.

The program is professional and efficient. It can be a bit of a learning curve but support is very good.

It is very user friendly and the customer support is readily available.

It easy to navigate and has all the information that needs to be on this kind of website.

I am so grateful to have it. It is so much easier to work with then the last program.

Ease of entering and processing permits. The ability to see what inspections are scheduled for each day.

I love how easy it is to track status of citizen concerns and permits as necessary.

I do not have to work on compiling multiple user ID often but to me it seems overly complex, however, I only occasionally work on this aspect of the product and that could be a part of the problem.

I have been advised this is potentially coming later this year, which may determine weather or not we renew our service. There have been a few complaints from end users about the printing feature.

Good value for the money. Ability to load existing Word/PDF forms into the system (don't have to re-create forms you're used to).

Otherwise, we like the forms and the options to include internal forms and external forms. I would like pricing to be affordable for an organization for all employees not a per user cost.

With SeamlessDocs, we have streamlined many of our processes and have become paperless in many functions. Giving our public options to interact with us through online forms is a great benefit.

Databases of this complexity can be quite costly because they take A LONG time to build. Considering what we get for the price, it's very reasonable.

As the principal form builder, I love the ability to create web-based forms as well. I can build a web form so fast, the staff can hardly believe it.

Outstanding customer service. Features improving and being added regularly.

User friendly, but no longer HIPPA compliant or state health care compliant.

The payment processing was a challenge. Not sure if it was on our end or SeamlessDocs.

Their account reps are incredibly helpful and respond very quickly to my inquiries. They also connect with me after using the online chat to make sure my needs were met.

Prior to SeamlessDocs, we struggled to get our forms online. We had very little options for the public to access our services 24/7.

It includes Doc Editor that converts PDF files into cloud documents. The solution automatically identifies fillable fields and allows users to set up labels, validations and formatting.
