The processes are confusing and long. The permissions in the system are limited and do not allow for multiple roles on single sign on.

It allows for multi-dimensional communication as users on the system can communicate with each other. We believe that one of the strengths of the system is the excellent customer support.

Steep learning curve: The platform may have a steep learning curve for some users, making it difficult to onboard new team members.

We love working on new projects with them to create even better web content. We have built our course catalog/bulletin in Omni CMS and created many other large projects with their developers.

OU Campus has allowed our web team to implement templates easily and integrate them into our web community.

We feel we have an exceptional partnership with the vendor and have a great opportunity to have input on the key features needed in the new releases.

Limited customization options: While OMNI CMS offers customizable templates, it may not provide enough customization options for some businesses' specific needs.

Templates can be difficult to generate from scratch without some in-depth xml and xslt training.

We hit the ground running after implementation and have been a satisfied customer for six years. System is solid and reliable, and support is prompt and helpful.

OU Campus has a great and quick support team in place to help us anytime we have a question or need some help.

Integration with third-party software: The software integrates with other popular software platforms, such as Salesforce and Marketo, making it easy to incorporate into existing workflows.

The XSLT programming language is not common in the industry, and it is very difficult to hire developers familiar with it.

They are very customer-centric and provide outstanding support going above and beyond what is needed to make their customers successful.

To encourage everyone to get on board with a new system, it must be easy to use for the typical user. We also liked how it was geared to higher-ed and always adding useful features.

Easy to use, robust, new features are added constantly, modifications to web design templates are easy, integrates with PHP and other programing languages.

Ease of use for both end users, administrators and developers. Speedy publishing with built in link check, spell check and ADA compliance allow robust Quality Assurance for our website.
