They try to make what they have work, to save your company money and work within your budget. They do not try to talk software talk to you either. They talk in layman's terms and make the integration straight forward and follow up to make sure that it all makes sense along the way. Cons: I have not found any shortcomings yet for our needs. We were able to access the pictures and prove that the fence in question was intact before the timeframe of the claim. Zinspector has all these suggestions of pictures - "Front Entry, Walkway, Side Yard" etc. If it had not been for those strong suggestions, I doubt we would have remembered to take pictures of the side yard, where the iron fence was located.
