OVERALL GREAT SOFTWARE - Easily Customizable - Phenomenal Support
Excellent sales and technical support. Highly recommend. Price is great.
Pros
I love that the staff listens to what you are looking for and then does not try to recreate the wheel if they don't have to. They try to make what they have work, to save your company money and work within your budget. They do not try to talk software talk to you either. They talk in layman's terms and make the integration straight forward and follow up to make sure that it all makes sense along the way.
Cons
I have not found any shortcomings yet for our needs.

It's a great company we have been using to manage the inspections of our 500 homes for years!
Pros
Very easy to use and it has just the right amount of customization. The service is excellent.
Cons
It would be nice if there was a better way to differentiate between move in/out inspections and routine inspections.

Zinspector- easy to use and effective inspections
I was very happy with this product when working with another management company. Would like to use again in the future when needed.
Pros
The fact that you can use this very easily and incorporate into our inspections with minimal training.
Cons
Pictures were not always clear, however, that could be the camera we used at the time. The 360 had decent graphics for the price.
