Unexpected loss of documentation. There are some glitches within the system.

Time savings - this program is very easy to use and it takes less time doing the same job the last program did. Everything we need in one place.

Constant delays in implementation due to updates, functionality problems, and billing component does not work correctly.

This is a great program, very user friendly (works like any Windows-based program with similar menus and functions) and well worth the cost. I highly recommend you consider it.

Having worked on multiple different transcription platforms, I can't honestly say I have any cons to point out about this particular product.

I have been on this platform for years, first as a director of HIM and now a transcriptionist part time. It has been very reliable and the support staff is excellent.

The line count provides easy ability to track production.

My staff, MTs and clients have been very happy with the services  that Arrendale has provided. IT and customer service support have been outstanding from day one.

I also like to be able to access this from my phone or iPad so I can watch when I have new jobs to transcribe.

Arrendale partnered with our IT team to get us up and going quickly and continued to be available until we were comfortable with the system. The client's satisfaction is very important to them.

The only thing I would change would be that some of the dictations will get stuck on phones and down load 1-2 days latter.
