  • Pros

  • It links with our Practice Management software systems making file submission a breeze. And the batch history And search options make it easy to Find anything you’re looking for.
  • Navicure has been an excellent partner in revenue cycle management. It's ease of use and intuitiveness is first rate.
  • Cons

  • The rejection messages given are extremely confusing. Very hard to figure out how to fix the actual problem.
  • After my initial setup my statement went out, but the next month I uploaded statements again and was told that there was a margin error. It was fixed but it caused a delay in statement processing.

  • It is easy to access, easy to use, and the equipment is maintained off site so is updated and maintained on a regular basis, not relying on our own staff to do so.
  • Our clients love how easy it is to e-sign their notes as well as how easy it is to download their notes.
  • Cons

  • Having worked on multiple different transcription platforms, I can't honestly say I have any cons to point out about this particular product.
  • The only thing I would change would be that some of the dictations will get stuck on phones and down load 1-2 days latter.
