  • Pros

  • They are constantly updating features that make Resly unequivocally the best product on the market.
  • The product and the amazing support from the team made the decision to take on board simple and stress free.
  • Cons

  • Sort Order - this appears to be all over the shop. Pls look at display order of charges, agents, rate plans etc.
  • Needs more status colours and can't see and letters of the name for 1N bookings. Entering new Direct Bkg not efficient - Need to be able to enter no.

  • The best part of stay flexi is the relationship that the team makes and helps solving promoting the property with all inputs and keeps updated. We always have genuine response with the team.
  • Stayflexi provides a user-friendly and comfortable experience with excellent support to ensure your stay is enjoyable.
  • Cons

  • Blocked Inventory doesn't get released when the online booking (especially Booking.com bookings) gets cancelled.
  • Reports available are very limited for me as a revenue manager to make a decision based on the data available.
